This is our favorite place to stay again and again. We recently returned from our family vacation at MB and had the pleasure of staying in room 1204. This unit is really nice and we consider it our home away from home.

We just finished a week vacation at the Grand Sirenis. We booked through BookVIP and I have to say that I'm extremely pleased with the entire trip, all the way from booking through the conclusion of the trip. We got a phenomenal deal and had an excellent trip!

"Will be returning again"
The resort was VERY nice. I loved every bit of my stay. The staff was very nice and friendly people, the room was clean and comfortable. Loved the view from the bedroom and the balcony. Had a minor setback with booking , but the staff took care of everything without any problems. Will be staying again.
"great experience beautiful place to stay, great for kids"
We were treated extremely nicely by the professional staff, from check in with Donna to housekeeping with Mr. Rocky. Ocean front with an attached bar/restaurant and a beautiful walkway to the beach. You can tell that this resort has constant upkeeping. I will be returning to this resort for more fun family memories and telling my friends about how great it is.
"Wonderful room, excellent service."
I have to say that of all the years I come to MB this is the best hotel by far!! The room was beautiful and spacious, and the room attendants were very polite and hospitable. One in particular, Ricky or Rocky, I can't remember, set us up with a blanket for the sofa bed and he made sure that it came straight from the dryer. It was still nice and warm when we got it!!! He also set us up with towels and rags straight from the dryer as well. I will most certainly be back to stay at this hotel on the next trip to MB!!!!

Me and my best friend came down last weds and we stayed until yesterday Saturday we had a amazing time as we always do we also came for a weekend this time last year. The only thing is the elevators could be a bit faster its hard during the busy times of the day and also check out. But other than that we love it we always are known for a tn accent. We loved the man at the front dest during the day I cannot remeber his name tho he was very funny and nice to us. And we met your houseman John Watson he's the one that told me about reveiws he was super nice to us and we were very glad to meet him he does excellent job everyone does as far as I could tell your maid girls were very nice as well! And the twins at the hotel bar and restraunt were amazing we loved them we spent a lot of are time with them over the days we were there. We always feel like were at home each time we are there! Keep the good work up we cannot wait to be back next year love love love forest dunes your TN girls will see y'all are next trip!
"I will be back!!"
This was my first stay here. I am very very impressed!! The rooms were immaculate! Terrence was the one taking care of my room and he did a fantastic job! I was in room 604 and loved it! Spotlessly clean! The air conditioner worked great. I've stayed several places were this was a problem but not here. The elevators were fast. The bar and grill was very good and reasonable for a on-site grill. The polls very clean. Staff was so very friendly! The beach right there and a little park form the road in walking distance. We had such a great time. I do plan on coming back soon! Thank you!!
"Relaxing"
I have stayed in Myrtle Beach area several times. This was my families first time staying at Forest Dunes. My husband and I took our two children. The family atmosphere was very pleasant. Great unit we stayed in- it was a ocean view king suite. Spacious, clean, and very pretty. Staff was very polite. Parking available in parking garage. Location was excellent, in a quieter part of Myrtle Beach but still close to major attractions. We plan to stay here again.
"Loved it"
I can't say enough nice things about this place or our stay here. We stayed in room 1601 and it was gorgeous. Beautiful views from the living room and our balcony. The condo was beautifully decorated and clean. The staff was very friendly and said hello everytime you saw them. The beach was quieter on this end, not as crowded and very clean. We fell in love with the resort and the area. We will definitely be staying again!
"Wonderful experience"
We had stayed at Forest Dunes preciously and the last time we stayed did not feel that it was up to par. The rooms were very worn out and the cleaning was not so great. BUT we gave it one more try and we were wonderfully surprised. The staff was all excellent to work with and they did fulfill all of our requests. We had a 1 bedroom with a sleeper sofa. When we went up to check out room the sleeper sofa was broken and we needed it for our daughter. They quickly gave us several choices to change to. They all looked upgraded from our previous visits and we had an excellent room and experience with. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

This is our favorite place to stay again and again. We recently returned from our family vacation at MB and had the pleasure of staying in room 1204. This unit is really nice and we consider it our home away from home. Yes there are a few things that need updating but overall it's always a great stay! We arrived on a Sunday and left on Friday. Last year we had DJ entertainment by the pool and missed that this year. We always look forward to returning each year.
"Summer Vacation"
Have been staying at this hotel for years. Love the location and especially with not a lot of hotels around the beach isn't that crowded like other parts of MB. We decided last minute to do a long weekend vacation. The rates were great with the special they were running compared to other places that didn't even include a full kitchen. The staff was very friendly and helpful as always. We changed our room type at check in which was great because it moved us from the 4th floor to 10th floor. I highly recommend this hotel especially for it's location to be convenient to both the southern and northern ends of the beach.
"Overall a great vacation!"
I decided to stay here after sifting through all the good a bad reviews. This resort does show its age in some areas but, the location, our condo, on site restaurant, and especially the staff made up for it. If you want everything nice and new, way overcrowded, and want to pay a lot more stay elsewhere.
"Great Girls Weekend Getaway!"
I recently stayed at Forest Dunes with my mom and sister for a girls weekend- We loved the condo we rented, it was very clean and comfortable and had everything we needed in the kitchen. Also had a great view of the water! The resort is right across from the beach and has 2 pools and a lazy river. Great central location to dining, shopping, and entertainment! We had a few hiccups at check in but were very satisfied with the rest of our stay. Joe at the front desk was very friendly and helpful- whenever we stopped by or called the desk he was always very smiling and professional! It definitely turned around our initial impression of the staff. We also had a great experience with John Watson from the cleaning crew. He had a great personality and seemed genuinely interested in making our stay a great one!

beautiful room 309 out looking ocean !the resort staff very friendly and curtious and we come back to the resort again,we loved it there! access to beach and pools and and location is very great,met our neighbors back home and ,we really love the location of resort!
"Came for beach not room"
While it is obvious the kitchen and bath need updated, we loved the size and view from the 2 walls of windows in the suite. We came for the beach, and had a fabulous time. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay again.
"great apartments, quiet location"
was nervous about this booking but unfounded. Complex looks "ratchet" from the outside as my kids describe it but apartments are great size, clean, and in an awesome location. across a quiet road from the beach..... all apartments overlook the sea from balcony and bedroom. I have no qualms in recommending this place to anyone. Pool area needs a facelift, bar food is great. We will return. This place is a hidden gem.
"A wonderful Stay"
This was my first time visiting Forest Dunes and I have to say that I was very pleased and satisfied! The staff was wonderful, Great customer Service! Billy and Caroline were very helpful, friendly , and professional , they both went the extra mile to make sure my stay was enjoyable.. When I first stopped in at the front desk they both made me feel very welcomed ! Plus I was satisfied with the room itself and the amenities on site ! I will be back in the future !

"Love the location and the pools"
This was our third time staying at Forest dunes, we absolutely love the location, the staff is very friendly, sweetest house keepers, very clean. The only reason I did give it 4 instead of 5 was because our room (709) was not a great one, keep in mind they are all individually owned therefore they are all different, and that is my problem, there should at least be a standard, this room looks like it jumped right out of the very early 90s, there was other issues with the room as well. If this was based on our last room, I would've given 10 if it was possible because it was beautiful and so maintained. Overall we will be back but will remember that rooms number to not get again. Love forest dunes and hopefully this rooms owner will do something about it.
"Fabulous vacation rental"
Very happy with this rental! We renteod a corner room which has glass walls floor to ceiling for a fabulous view. Kitchenette. Nice pool area. Staff very helpful!! Highly recommend. Beach is across the street with a nice area to picnic under a gazebo and wash your feet. Food lion is just over 1 mile away which is very convenient.
"Perfect for my needs."
Great price. Wonderful view. Very nice accomodations. On site bar/grill. 2 pools and right across from the ocean and near all the fun. My 2nd stay and will go back again and again. Very friendly staff. Only complain is that you can occasionally hear other guests through the air shafts.
"Love this place!"
This place is older but very well maintained. It is oceanfront property. The rooms are very nice with full sized kitchens and a bath and a half for a one bedroom unit with a king bed. It is clean, the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. We have been here four or five times and when we return, this is where we'll be staying again.

Great value, lots of space in my unit, wonderful service from Donna and Roy. They were very accommodating. Pools, food, arcade games...pleasantly surprised. Full kitchen with everything you need. Even the partial ocean view offers almost full view of the beach on both sides of the hotel...just steps from the sand, will definitely return in the future...
"Fantastic stay and location"
This was my first time staying at Forest Dunes and I have nothing but good to say about our entire experience. We stayed in unit 1006 which was upgraded and spotless. The beach was quiet and clean. Our dealings with Donna at the front desk were nothing other than professional. We will absolutely return!!!
"Awesome"
Hotel had great overall service they were very helpful. Had nice and clean rooms could tell the workers put pride in their work. An affordable price wasn't to expensive just right for being on the beach. Very beautiful perfect in a great location for a hotel. Overall I was very pleased with everything I will be staying their in the future. And you should to if you want a family friendly hotel!! ;)
"Spring break 2016"
We visited the forest dunes was great for price quiet area and unit was clean no bad complaints I'll be back when the weather is past 80 degrees we only had one 75 degree day the ocean was titanic cold but we had a blast and will be back close to all entertainment 15 mins for everything
