"Navidad - Año Nuevo en Silversands"
El servicio fue más que increíble, el personal no pudo hacer mas por ti y la recepción llamó más de una vez durante mi estancia para asegurarse de que tenía todo lo que necesitaba. Desde el momento en que llegas, te esperan a pie y te saludan en el autobús con una toalla fresca y húmeda y con champán en el momento en que entras en el vestíbulo. Esta fue mi primera Navidad por mi cuenta después de 36 años, así que fue agradable estar rodeado de gente cariñosa que nunca me hizo sentir incómoda por viajar sola. También me gustó la seguridad de ser un resort cerrado. Las habitaciones eran tan hermosas, lujosas y limpias como aparecen en su sitio web. La bata e incluso las zapatillas fueron un toque muy agradable y apreciado. Los camareros de la playa fueron increíbles y recordaron su preferencia de bebida, así como su nombre. "Semana del 50º cumpleaños"
Han visitado secretos en Hautulco y en la bahía de Montego. Este es mi lugar preferido, amado por el restaurante mexicano, el Mediterráneo y Oceana y la parrilla son las mejores opciones. Los bares y las piscinas eran hermosas. El vestíbulo es espectacular. No tener nada malo y sólo cosas buenas que decir. ¿Regresaríamos? Sin duda alguna.

Nuestra cuarta visita a SSS y sigue mejorando! Cualquiera que busque las vacaciones perfectas, este es el lugar para ir. Ultra Luxury Puerto Morelos realmente se siente como un hogar lejos de casa. Con personal como Arturo Carrera al frente, que nos saluda como familia y va más allá para hacer que cada visita sea siempre tan especial, y una de las razones por las que volvemos una y otra vez! La propiedad y los alojamientos son inmaculados y modernos y el personal y el servicio es incomparable. Si usted está buscando unas vacaciones tranquilas, Felipe verá que esté hidratado y alimentado en la piscina! Si te gusta estar ocupado y socializar, el personal de actividades es muy divertido. Hemos estado en muchos resorts en el área de la Riviera Maya/Cancún, pero Puerto Morelos es verdaderamente nuestro favorito! Agradecemos a todos por otras maravillosas vacaciones!!!
"Estancia agradable"
Estuvimos en Puerto Morelos del 30 de diciembre al 10 de enero. Fue nuestra primera estadía en un resort de lujo para adultos y la primera vez en México, el servicio fue excelente, la comida fue increíble - gran calidad y variedad, los edificios bien cuidados y el entretenimiento muy agradable. Un agradecimiento especial a Jacky, Estephanie, Miguel y Louis del equipo de entretenimiento y Erick de la oficina de turismo. La cena y el espectáculo de fin de año fueron geniales. Las piscinas son bonitas, limpias y climatizadas, las habitaciones son espaciosas y muy limpias, la playa estaba bien. Estamos impresionados y definitivamente regresando.
"Un gran lugar para alojarse"
Un lugar brillante. Un lugar de muy buena calidad para hacer algo de R&R. Nos actualizamos a Preferred Guest, que definitivamente vale la pena por la habitación, pero poco más. Gran Spa, encantadoras opciones de lugares para comer. Recomendamos este lugar a las parejas que buscan escaparse, relajarse y divertirse. La playa es, con diferencia, la mejor a lo largo de la franja, con mucho espacio entre las tumbonas y un fabuloso servicio de bebidas. ¡Champán a las 10 de la mañana! No importa si lo hago. También una barra suave en el desayuno, no la había visto antes.
"24 hours here and loving it"
Can't say enough about this hotel and it's staff. First impression was from Arturo who gave us a tour of the property and room. This guys knows how to make you feel at home. He has checked on us each time he is in the vicinity. It's a very nice touch. Food thus far has blown away all other inclusive resorts. Presentation and taste are above and beyond. Read a couple reviews about whether or not to upgrade to preferred club. Aldo helped us with the reservation and was a gem. We did and got an oceanfront swim out. It was the best decision thus far.
"An unforgettable treasure!"
This place is full of energy and yet it is one of the most relaxing spots I have ever experienced. It offers everything you can imagine and the service is so amazing that you will not want to leave. We are leaving tomorrow and we are going to miss all of this personal attention and great fine food that we have been been enjoying during our five day stay. There are two specific restaurants , El Patio (Mexican) and Portofino) (Italian) that are truly world class, where we enjoyed two of the finest dinners that we have had anywhere. In El Patio, thanks to the efforts of the manager, Daniel Tun and Chef Federico, we experienced for the first time authentic and very real Mexican cuisine. What an incredible treat of: Queso fundido with mushrooms prepared at the table with flaming tequila by our great waiter Jorge Velez; followed by a delicious dual soup of frijoles and tortilla which presentation was nothing but a master piece of artwork that you would not want to eat; then came the chicken with mole made in house that was to kill for; and just in case we did not have enough they sent out a hot chocolate souffl with vanilla cream, ice cream and a dash of tequila. In this restaurant we truly found an unforgettable treasure. If you are thinking about coming to the Mexican Mayan Riviera this all inclusive high end resort will definitely energize you, relax you and will totally satisfy your culinary palate.

If youre seeking unparalleled personal attention; great dining; and modern amenities, look no further. From Anna who worked diligently to upgrade our room, to the Concierges and doormen who were most helpful during a medical emergency, you truly feel at home at Adult Luxury Puerto Morelos. We enjoyed the fresh seafood dishes, pasta made to order, mushroom risotto, and appetizers at the managers reception. Besides room service, if looking for something quick to soak up some over-indulgence, try the Auntie-Anne-like pretzels at the coffee bar.
"I love this place!!!!"
This was by far my favorite. The food was amazing, the french restaurant being our favorite.. Staff was great, we loved all the pools, it was just a great experience all together... only 1 downfall, there is some sorta treatment plant close by to the rooms at the back of the resort and in the early a.m. its not such a pleasant smell... But otherwise, I would highly recommend this all-inclusive resort. Can't wait to go back :)
"High end Heaven!"
This Resort was spectacular in all it had to offer!!! We were upgraded to a VIP room upon our arrival, which included a pool swim out room. The staff at this resort are extremely friendly and are always willing to go the extra mile. The food at the restaurants is prepared exquisitely and tastes amazing!! People are dressed very elegant at night and for dinner, which is such a nice transition from the casual beach wear during the day. The housekeeping is also wonderful as they tended to our room 3 times daily. This resort FAR exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend it for those who are looking for high end and adult only.

"fantastic Resort!"
We arrived Jan 7 from the time we arrived it has been amazing! We got upgraded to an ocean front suite at no extra cost. The manager Fahdiz Rubr was unbelievable. He arranged to have the other couple we are travelling with upgraded to preferred club so we could all enjoy the extras! Our bell boy Arturo was great really nice guy made us feel very welcome. Weather hasn't been great but still warm and lots to! Definitely recommend this resort.
"Best Vaca Ever!!"
Everything was perfect!! Service was exceptional, food was fantastic, rooms modern, clean. The only thing I can say is the beach was good, small and ocean floor rocky. This was not an issue for my husband and I as we usually hang out by the pool. A recent review quoted "the food was the best we've ever experienced in all our vacation destinations" I AGREE!! I would highly recommend master suite ocean view at the front of the property #3118!!
"Happy Happy Happy"
We stayed at this resort Dec 16 - 30 2013, a well deserved vacation. The staff from check in to check out were Phenomenal, the food was the best weve ever experienced in all of our vacation destinations. We have been to Mexico12 times and have never had such an awesome overall experience. The food, entertainment staff, pool waiters, accommodations, housekeeping all were very good.. Not having to make reservations for dinner !!!! No standing in lines. The best sushi bar Ive been to in a long time (sorry; enough about the food) Yoga by the ocean (only complaint about that is the times were never consistent) its Mexico. Volley ball on the beach twice a day. Walking the beach was an experience.go in one direction and there is a nude beach go the other direction and get caught on the other side by high tide (go early in the morning and be back by at least noon)...Say hi to Moreno, yoga instructor. We would go back in an instant, and we never return to the same resort....We asked the housekeeping staff for a soft pillow, when we returned we had 10 pillows on our bed.....GO AND ENJOY!!!!
"Outstanding service"
Visited Silversands to ring in the New Year and had an excellent experience. Service was amazing and the special touches appreciated. Food was excellent and extensive, beds comfortable, rooms spacious. Loved the live music and other entertainment nightly--there were even magicians who were amazing. Rooms were very clean, toiletries provided in large sizes (including suntan lotion) appreciated, and there were always plenty of loungers (with towels provided) and plenty of shade. While the individual pools throughout the property (including an infinity pool) were rather cool, the main one was always refreshing and warmer. The beach (covered cabanas always available) seemed endless with powdery white sand. The staff could not be more courteous or helpful. Would definitely recommend.
"Wonderful experience away from the cold winter in London, Canada"
Our great experience included daily lounging in the pool (love those blue floating mattress thingy's for lying down on, sitting on, or holding drinks on). Met so many people just hanging around the pool... always chairs open by pool or beach. (2x) daily beach volleyball, some water volleyball, and water polo (wish they had that daily). Moreno and Esteffany particularly fun and helpful. Fantastic friendly staff all round. Great groomed beach, but skip trying to go in Ocean (even with water shoes) due to big (dangerous) rocks.... really, skip it. Fantastic food at all restaurants. Our favourites were the French and Asian, but all were great. We didn't try the room service but heard it was hot and delicious. Great rooms. We would highly recommend this resort. They did push you to order a bottle of wine to reserve a Christmas Eve spot, but we didn't and really didn't need to. We always just had the house wine if we wanted wine, which was fine. Met lots of friendly and interesting staff and guests.
"Great resort"
What a great experience I had at this resort. For an all inclusive resort, the food was very good, and the quality of included beverages were also top notch. Not having to make reservation is also huge plus (except for the hibachi grill which has only 2 larger shared tables with specific sitting times). The rooms are all very large, clean and modernly appointed. Separate sitting area and large balcony. Love the bathroom with open jacuzzi to bedroom which can be made private with a sliding mirrored door, open large shower with rain shower head and separate toilet with full glass door. Only suggestion would be to have music being able to play through radio/alarm clock. The staff all make a tremendous effort to remember your name and treat everyone as if they are special. The entertainment staff was especially welcoming, traveling myself with a couple, I had a lot of time on my own, so this was especially important for me. With the help of Reuben (my favorite), Moreno, Estefanie, Luiz, Miguel and Jackie I had a full schedule of activities from 9:30 am until the day ended.
"Best Kept Secret"
Best all-inclusive we've ever been to. Property is very nice with several pools in addition to a main pool. Rooms are very spacious. Beach isn't bad and staff frequently clean seaweed and groom the sand. Even though the resort was full there was no need to rush for beach beds or restaurant reservations. There are about 7 different restaurants of different cuisines. Food was okay except for Mexican restaurant which was by far the best. Staff were the best we've ever encountered at similar resorts. They frequently anticipated our needs, were always proactive in providing service. Property was extremely clean; staff were often seeing picking up as soon as items dropped. Great security; non-guests tried walking onto property from beach and were immediately approached. No wristbands distinguish guests so that's very impressive security. Management has obviously put a lot of emphasis on service and it shows. Ate at the Mexican restaurant one night and chef came out offering to prepare an off-menu typical meal for us few nights later. What a fantastic meal and unexpected treat! Entertainment was quite good; a couple of terrific bands.
"WOW First Class Resort"
Spent Christmas week at Puerto Morelos, expected first class and was not disapointed. This well kept resort is very well laid out, from the numerous pools to the fantastic white sand beach, everything is minutes away. The restaurants provided exceptional service and 5 star menus. Accomodations are very spacious and luxurious. Beverages offered were above average from most other inclusives. Beverage servers at beach and pool areas were exceptional, prompt and frequent service. From check in greeted by Omar we new we were in good hands. Juan the manager of Bourdeaux, thank you for your exceptional service, you are a professional. Roger at Himitsu you were wonderful. Angel , bell boy was outstanding, helping us when our flight was 9 hours delayed. We had preferred club but would not recommend as we saw little value. Please tip these friendly hard working employees. We see why people return to this resort - we will return as well and recommed 100%.
"Great resort, Amazing people"
From the moment we stepped out of the taxibus and into the lobby, we were entranced. They gave us cool towels and never ending glasses of sparkling champagne. The room was beautiful and the view even better. Pools everywhere you look. Though if you want a good apot by the main pool in the shade, I suggest getting there before 11 am. For a refreshing drink, Isias was there to recommend and make a good drink. The entertainment team, Jacky, Ruben, and Moreno always had activities to keep you from feeling bored, or from getting to crisp in the hot sun. At the World Cafe we received wonderful service from Avelino and Juan. At the Seaside Grill, Herty was always eager to please and was the at the drop of a hat. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this resort.
