"Vacaciones increíbles!"
Estas vacaciones fueron más allá de lo que esperábamos. Nos trasladaron del aeropuerto al hotel y nos atendieron de inmediato una vez que llegamos allí. Había una multitud de opciones para cenar y muchos lugares para tomar un trago. El personal fue muy amable. La habitación y el baño eran preciosos. Había una mini-nevera en la habitación. En general, fue más de lo que esperaba y no puedo esperar para volver de nuevo!
"Gran viaje en general! LA CONSTRUCCIÓN NO ES GRAN COSA"
Mi esposo y yo fuimos con otra pareja esta semana. Todos la pasamos muy bien. Si bien hubo alguna construcción durante nuestra estadía, no representó un problema con nuestras vacaciones. Leí varias críticas antes de reservar el viaje y me puso nervioso de lo mal que iba a estar el Reno. NO nos causó ningún problema o inconveniente. Los restaurantes tenían buena comida y tantas opciones que no pudimos llegar a todos los restaurantes durante nuestra estancia. Las playas estaban limpias y privadas. Si tuviera que quejarme de algo, sería que es extraño que el baño tenga una ventana hacia el área del dormitorio. Aunque no era un gran problema desde que estaba con mi esposo, puede causar preocupación en otras familias o parejas. Ya hemos hablado de volver en primavera y alojarnos en Oasis otra vez....¡¡¡Gran EXPERIENCIA!
"Oasis de Cancún"
El resort era grande, la playa (la playa más bonita en la que he estado) era muy suave y agradable y tenían una gran cantidad de restaurantes deliciosos. La comida era fabulosa, las piscinas eran fabulosas. Los únicos inconvenientes fueron la falta de wi-fi y un olor extraño en nuestra habitación de hotel como a las aguas residuales y la gente con camisas marrones tratando de vender tiempo compartido que eran un poco como los telemercaderes. Aparte de que las instalaciones estaban limpias, el personal era agradable y realmente hizo todo lo posible para que nuestra estancia fuera agradable. Definitivamente regresaría a Oasis Cancún, el precio era excelente y estaba contento con mi servicio de Cheap Caribbean, ellos realmente sabían lo que estaban haciendo porque teníamos una escala más larga en el camino de regreso a los Estados Unidos, que funcionó maravillosamente debido a que los trámites de aduana eran muy sencillos.
"La pasé muy bien. No puedo esperar a volver!"
Después de leer las críticas justo antes de las vacaciones, me horrorizó lo que podría experimentar. Cuando llegamos, nos actualizaron automáticamente al Grand Oasis. No sé por qué, pero no me quejaba. El check-in tomó bastante tiempo, por lo que le di 4 estrellas en lugar de 5, pero somos gente comprensiva, así que no dejamos que nos arruinara el viaje. ¿Cómo puedes estar en un lugar tan hermoso y dejar que algo tan pequeño te afecte? No sé cómo eran las habitaciones del lado del Oasis, pero conocimos a algunas personas que se quedaron allí y dijeron que sus habitaciones estaban bien. ¡Creo que la gente necesita dejar de quejarse! El personal era amable, la comida era buena, la playa era hermosa.... En serio, ¿la gente se queja de las algas? ¿De verdad? No sé a qué tipo de lugares están acostumbrados a ir los que dan las malas críticas, pero para mí, el valor que recibes hace que este sea un lugar fantástico para quedarte. Lo único que lamento es haberme perdido el Spanish Wine Bar y el Brazilian Steakhouse. No sabíamos que la parrilla estaba cerrada los jueves, la última noche del día que tuvimos :(( Pero oímos que la comida era estupenda allí. Definitivamente recomendaría este lugar a un amigo y seguro que volvería!
"Gran Tiempo"
Me lo pasé muy bien, la comida y las bebidas son buenas. Sólo nos dimos cuenta de que teníamos que preocuparnos por nuestras cosas personales, ya que los amigos que conocíamos nos decían que había muchos robos del personal en las habitaciones.
"Great experience/Great Value!"
Everything went exactly as scheduled. Flights, transportation, accommodations. Hotel was immaculate and staff was very helpful. Had an oceanfront room, view was beautiful. Food was actually decent, especially for an all inclusive. Pool is huge with plenty of lounge chairs and towels. Constant housekeeping presence in pool area. Kept it very clean. Ton of activities/entertainment every day and night. Great DJ and club dancing every night for young adults. My 20 yo girls never wanted to leave the resort at night. The made a lot of international friends. Great excursions offered. Weather was magnificent and our trip was great. Good job Cheap Caribbean!

I had a GREAT stay at oasis cancun! Booking with cheap caribbean was great! the shared transfer was the way to go. the guys who work there were funny and extremely helpful with getting you to and from the airport. plus you get private check in/check out because you book through this site. i will say you have to know what you're getting into when you book the oasis cancun. IT IS A PARTY HOTEL WITH LOTS OF YOUNG PEOPLE. IF THAT IS NOT YOUR THING THEN THIS IS NOT THE PLACE FOR YOU. I came with the intent to party so it was right up my alley. pool parties, beach parties, an actual club on the beach and there's always a dj playing tunes. i loved it! all the staff i encountered were super helpful and nice. my room was great. i was hardly in there except to sleep but i had a beautiful ocean view. the bed was clean and amazingly comfortable, and the A/C was pumping cold air. The food was ok at best. the breakfast was the best meal because the cooks who made the omeletes were amazing! plus if i visit a country i like to eat authentic food with you don't find on the resort. the $1 bus that goes downtown gives you what you need with plenty of food choices. The views were amazing. the beach was beautiful (minus lots of seaweed) the pool was great, and so was the staff. if you're looking to have a great time then you'll enjoy it!
"Great Value for our Money-Choose All Inclusive"
The Resort was great. Checking in was a bit of a wait because of the large crowd of people that were checking on the day we were checking in (Thursday). From the time we arrived, someone helped us with our bags and directed us to the hotel's restaurant. After we got into our room, we went to the beach. The hotel sits right on the beach so it was simply a few seconds walk onto the beach. There are many options of things to do-Wave Runners, Para-Sailing, Jet Skiing. There was a stage that had shows and a DJ that would start playing around 2-3pm and there were several contests (such as a push up contest, etc) to win prizes of alcohol or Club entry tickets. There were shows in Grand Oasis each night that we had access too. One of the days, we walked out to the street and took the local bus into town and went sight seeing. It was an amazing experience and the bus each way is only $1. (Even tho we felt safe and comfortable, we wont suggest going alone if that is something that you want to do). There were also many club parties being promoted. Everything you needed could be found at the resort. The all Inclusive package gave us access to the many bars (including a swim up bar in the pool). And the bartenders were quite generous. For our dining experience, we enjoyed buffet style Mexican, Chinese and Italian cuisine. One evening we were given a complimentary dining experience at one of the Steak Houses only available for Grand Oasis stayers. We also had the opportunity to do snorkeling and pay for other trips such as the Mayan Ruins. Our only slightly irritating experience was that we had a had time getting new towels for our room. Our bed was not bad and towels were not replaced until our 3rd day there. Two nights passed without having new towels or having out beds made. Also: Make sure you preserve your beach towel (ie Do not leave it at the beach because they do not replace beach towels--or at least they did not replace ours for the 5 days we were there.

I had such a wonderful time at the oasis Cancun resort. The staff was really friendly, a little Flirty but nice Lol. The food was surprisingly good and so were the drinks.. best vaca so far. Definitely plan on coming back very soon!
"great vacation"
i enjoyed the resort and all the amenities 100% my friend and i had a wonderful relaxing time i had been before she had not i also did not know the resort had been split into levels it was no great deal to us ar level was fine our service could not be beat we were lucky enough to have great weather and so many things to do the shows were enjoyable all in all it was a very affordable relaxing vacation my friend wants to know when we are going back she really loved it also
"Great Place"
I really enjoyed the place I stayed at oasis cancun. I liked it till my second night when I walked by the ice machine and seen a plate filled with roaches! Because of that I will never stay there again! If they exterminate all roaches then I would go back but until then I will chose another hotel to stay at.
"We would do it again"
Total relax. Everything was exceptional. The service throughout the resort was the best. The food was great! I have to say the people that work for Oasis make the Oasis what it is. Thanks for taking care of our every need.

Overall Great food good and service great nice beach and beautiful ! All was nice hotel nice and drinks were good! I say if your looking for something for a bargain this is definitely it! Don't be afraid of the the bad reviews most people only put bad ones and more people need to post the good things!
"Nice getaway"
Our visit was April 11-15 so we may have missed the spring break crowd. Resort was nicely laid out and easy to find restaurants and bars. Pool was nice and not over crowded. Employees at the restaurants were very nice. Service at breakfast was a bit slow. Dinner service was much better. Nice mix of guests (couples, friends, families) and not crazy during the day, everyone seemed very well behaved. Did see many thong bikinis if you're worried about that with kids. Our room was near the pool and beach so at night so I don't recommend being in that building if you want good sleep. Lot of music thumping into the early morning. Our reps were very helpful with our stay and booking excursions. I do recommend this hotel if you are looking for someplace to get away and relax for a few days.
"One of our best vacation ever"
The resort was clean and as described, beach and pools were great. The food at the self serve buffet's were good but the restaurants were better, especially Ibiza. We arrived and checked in at 10 am we didn't have a room until 3pm but were given our wristbands and access to the resort immediately which was great, I hadn't selected a ocean view room so didn't receive one but inquired after we were checked in and we were moved within 30 minutes to an ocean front room, no water leaks, great A/C etc. no complaints ! The cheap caribbean only concierge located on the 5th floor was great and made enquires and check out easy. The entire cheap Caribbean staff were very courteous and polite. Their knowledge of the local excursions was very helpful when booking day trips. Oasis staff were very pleasant The resort is geared toward the party crowd but the three pool areas seemed to be divided into young children / family, 20 - 30 something party animals and the 3rd pool area adults 30 - 40 + ( just an observation ) My kids and I had one of the best vacations we have had and at a discount price. We will definitely be back maybe not Cancun but based on this experience one of the other CC resorts.
"Enjoyable getaway"
It was great to sleep and wake up to the sound of the beach. The experience was amazing, unlimited food and drinks!? Need I say more. Most of the restaurant served the same thing so there's no real variety. The drinks also are a little watered down so you drink and drink and drink but don't get drunk easily. The pool is just beautiful and the beach was just amazing. Bring sun lotion or you will burn. The parties are awesome too.I went for Spring Break and there were many Spring Breakers. Some parents might have not realized what time it was as there were way too many families and little kids for my taste.
"Best Time of My LIfe"
When we booked the resort we were looking to have a good time and to party. We are 20 year old college students and read that this is the resort for you and it did not disappoint! We had the best time the drinks were delicious the food was okay not the best but you get what you pay for. The beach is absolutely amazing and the pool was fun and the live by the pool really was amazing. Going during May was also a great decision because it was not overly crowded like during spring break but was still full with people so it was never boring. They have many bars to go to so it was not hard to get a drink at all.
"Picture perfect weather"
Mid-August escape from work: Weatherwise, impeccable timing! Cancun was absolutely beautiful and Oasis Cancun provided the respite we so much needed. Our beachfront view was breathtaking, you could see the entire sandy coastline as far as the shoreland extended. The white sandy beaches with the memorable blue tones in the water made your eyes turn away from its glare and then made you look again! Oasis Cancun shares pool areas with the Grand Oasis so every day you can discover a new (favorite) corner. We totally enjoyed ourselves and the entire staff was friendly, courteous, attentive and pleasant. The taxi driver was warm and friendly; the local bus ride to a nearby mall was less than a dollar! Great experience overall. Cancun is one of most favorite spots to go vacation. You can never go wrong!
