Me quedé en Casa Dorado del 18/11-21/11. Mi única queja es que llovió :) Lo que hizo que fuera aún más importante lo grandiosa que era esta casa. La casa estaba lo suficientemente alejada para ser privada pero cerca de todo, incluyendo una caminata de 10 minutos a la playa y un gran restaurante frente a la playa (La Playita - ¡consigue los langostinos!). La casa era comoda, limpia y acogedora. Hay un fuente de agua fría para que se sirva usted mismo. Luego el dueño pensó en todos los detalles y hay canastas con champú, insecticida y bloqueador solar para ti. Las habitaciones son preciosas y la cama es muy cómoda. Toda la casa es espaciosa y el último piso tiene un área cubierta pero al aire libre con hamacas que era PERFECTA para la lluvia. Cuando dejó de llover - la casa tiene una hermosa piscina con sala de estar y una hermosa fauna. Luego está Lionel, que es el encargado del mantenimiento del terreno. Cualquier cosa que necesites (maniobrar el abrelatas, lol!) Lionel puede ayudarte. Él prepara un gran desayuno y es super servicial mientras te mantienes apartado. El lugar estaba limpio, las duchas estaban calientes, las camas eran cómodas, el espacio era acogedor y relajante, el desayuno era delicioso, y (aparte de más sol!) no hay nada que pueda sugerir. Hasta el wifi funcionó! Buen viaje!

Mientras pasaba tiempo en la playa al lado de Casa Dorada no podía dejar de mencionar al salvavidas Luis que trabaja en la playa. Él fue increíble los servicios que ofrece es insuperable, me sentí seguro yendo al agua en el evento que el mar de Cabo podría ser duro. Gracias Luis.

Estas son de lejos las mejores vacaciones que he tenido en mi vida, gran piscina, se encuentra a poca distancia del centro de la ciudad y de la Marina. Gracias a todos son un gran personal y son personas muy cálidas y amables. Me encanta Casa Dorada.

Casa Dorada es un lugar maravilloso para llamar "Casa de Vacaciones". El terreno está bien cuidado, tiene una gran piscina y servicios y la ubicación son, con mucho, lo mejor de todo Cabo. La playa es segura para nadar y nunca se necesita un coche; rara vez, o nunca, incluso un taxi. Lo mejor de todo es que el personal es el mejor de la zona.

En primer lugar, este fue mi primer viaje a Cabo. Fue nuestra luna de miel y el personal no podría habernos hecho sentir más bienvenidos si lo hubieran intentado. Absolutamente magnífico. He estado en Hawaii dos veces, pero tengo que decir que esta propiedad era, de lejos, mejor que cualquier otro lugar en el que he estado cuando se trata de la atención que el personal paga al visitante. De hecho, tengo que decir que la gente en México, son mucho más genuinos con sus clientes en general. Definitivamente saben cómo se unta el pan con mantequilla. De vuelta a la propiedad. Los terrenos están muy bien cuidados y la ubicación no podría ser mejor. Situado en el centro de la playa de Medina, que es la única playa apta para nadar en la zona, se encuentra junto al restaurante/bar más conocido de la ciudad, The Office! Aunque hay muchos lugares para comer en el centro de la ciudad y en el área del centro comercial/marina, nos dimos cuenta de que si hubiéramos dejado la propiedad, estaríamos algo decepcionados con el servicio que recibiríamos en comparación con el servicio que recibimos en el hotel. Lo que también hace que la propiedad sea agradable, son sus clientes. Lo digo en serio porque, ¡todos los que estaban allí eran FELICES! Nadie tenía nada malo que decir sobre el lugar y Casa Dorada apoyó su entusiasmo con lo maravilloso de su personal, desde los porteros hasta los vendedores de "tiempo compartido", pasando por todos los jardineros de la propiedad. Todo el mundo está sonriendo todo el tiempo y diciendo hola, al pasar. Definitivamente visitaremos Casa Dorada en un futuro no muy lejano. Es así de divertido!

This resort as the best location anywhere in Cabo. It is walking distance to marina and right behind medando beach. The resort is the perfect size and was very relaxing. There is plenty of room to find a quiet space if you want or get drunk and meet new friends if you want. It is perfect. We will be back.

Awsome place we had so much fun here and also relaxed. The service was amazing and the staff so friendly. The hotel is so clean. We Will definitely coming back to stay here. The beach was literally 2min walk from our room

I feel it necessary to give a review after our yearly return to our home away from home. As I have mentioned several times, when we arrive to Casa Dorada every year, the minute we walk in to the lobby and see that beautiful view, a certain amount of peace overcomes me. We then walk over to the front desk, always to be greeted by their most friendly staff. Our very good friend Jesus, who used to be the Front Desk Manager, was no longer a part of the staff at CD. I was a bit apprehensive to deal with a new manager but Tania was amazing - so helpful and friendly. We also, for the first time, brought my 30 year old daughter, as well as our best friend who had lost her husband to cancer this year. I had written ahead of time and communicated with Oziel Garibay about any concerns we had with a lot of negative publicity about Mexico. He was amazing - he personally called me and "talked me off the ledge" and asked for more information about my friend and daughter. We were then welcomed, in our room, with a very nice personal note welcoming us with a beautiful plate of delicious desserts and a bottle of wine, along with amazing rooms with spectacular views. And the week continued as so. The pool staff continues to go above and beyond, especially Emilio, with any help you may need. For anyone who has never vacationed at Casa Dorada, I will say this - we have been going there for 9 years and we have the option to trade and go somewhere else but it is the perfect vacation spot and I would rather be there than anywhere else. We own a Junior Suite timeshare at Casa Dorada . We have been using it since Casa Dorada was built 10 years ago. We have never been disappointed with the service and amenities at this location. As an older couple we have learned to embrace/patronize the neighboring loud Mango Deck which shuts down around 10 pm. The suite itself is essentially great for a couple with a bed by the slider that looks out on the beach and Cabo(depending upon which side of the property you choose). The couch leaves a little to be desired in back support but that can be handled with the many pillows they provide. I wouldn't want to use the couch as a bed for two adults but for two medium sized kids it would be ok. The utensils provided were adequate as was the microwave and fridge. The toaster was a Black & Decker and while adequate was in a word ..utilitarian. We made the trip to the nearby City Club which is Cabo's version of Costco. It is within walking distance and you can buy a one day membership for $5 or less. With the exchange rate at 19 to 1 the two of us only spent $72 for a weeks worth of breakfast and snack foods..plus a 12 pack of beer and a $10 t-shirt....We had food left over that the maid gets to keep. Win/Win. We took a taxi back to Casa Dorada with all of our food bags....cost $8. We ate dinner at several restaurants but the best was right at our resort....Twelve Tribes. It sits right at the beach with both indoor and patio seating. The food was gourmet and we had some fabulous fresh sea bass. Seriously good food prepared and presented well. Total price for two with no alcohol was $60. Well worth it. Also, they had a vocalist there who played the piano and guitar that was simply fabulous...he is there most nights. I would like to personally thank Alfonso, the concierge and the beach crew that kept us going all day with two for ones and great lunches like chicken quesadillas ....Hats off to Eduardo, Fredy, Rafael, and Marina and thanks to Luis the lifeguard who was always at the beach making sure no one got into trouble while swimming. I should also mention that our maid service was superb. Just a great week at a great place. We will never sell our timeshare there.

I never write reviews, but I had to share such a wonderful experience. From the time or arrival to the time we left the resort, we were treated so wonderfully. The hospitality here is the best. All the rooms have balconies with magazine views. Our wedding coordinator from the hotel, Sandra Martinez is the best ever. She made miracles happened,resulting in such a beautiful wedding, and I'm not just saying that because it was my wedding. Stay here, you will capture such unforgettable memories that will last a life time.

We went to Cabo even though there was a travel advisory against it. We had no problems at the airport, or this resort. They have security at the gate, you have to be on the list to get in. The hotel is top notch, and all the employee's speak English. We didn't buy the all inclusive play, just paid cash for our meals. There were several fine restaurant's to choose from, and we tried them all. They had a great kids camp, but also a quiet adults only pool. Book your airport transfers ahead of time, it's cheaper.

Beautiful place, we will be coming back with our kids!! Staff was friendly, food was great and the room was perfect!! I loved that we could walk to the Marina and the downtown area! We were a group of 22 & the pool & beach service was AMAZING!!!! See you in Feb 2018

The staff at Casa Dorada make this the best place to relax and take a break from real life. From housekeeping to the restaurant staff the hospitality is superb. The area around the pool was partially obstructed due to a construction project but the pool fully open. Sushi restaurant was phenomenal.

Before I start my little review, I would like to offer my apologies to all the personnel who worked in Casa Dorada and helped us during our stay, for writing this after almost 2 months time has gone by. Sorry guys! We had a really busy time with moving to another state and had no internet for a long time. During this difficult period of my life I had a lot of support from my memories of our last visit to Casa Dorada. We arrived a day late and were greeted with a key to our room prepared the day before. We found in our room a lovely welcoming gift and card which absolutely melted my heart and let me forget about all our packing and moving troubles we had back home. This is our second visit to Casa Dorada. This hotel is getting better every time; spacious, I would even say luxurious rooms, with a very well equipment kitchen, comfortable bed, very good cleaning every day and nice amenities.

Highly recommendable hotel, the view is beautiful, food is great, the facilities are in optimum conditions and food is amazing. It is a bit far from some areas and the airport so it was a bit expensive to get there but it worth it

Always an amazing experience! This is our fourth year coming to Casa Dorada. They never disappoint. NEVER!! Done of our favorite pool servers have gone on to other opportunities but you can't tell, the level of service is still great. Big thanks to Pepe & Silvia. I was impressed to see something new this year. The Rooms Division Manager along with Barbara (Barbie from kids club who got a promotion to the Rooms dept 2 years ago) were talking to the guests by the pool. Goal there was to check in on everyone's stay. To make sure we were happy with our guest rooms, to see what they can improve. I have worked for many hotel chains (and a few independent hotels), I truly appreciate their efforts to connect to their guests. This was also the second year where we have brought newbies to Cabo and Casa Dorada. One couple bought a timeshare, and all were in love with the property and service. It's so nice to be able to bring friends and family down and never have to worry if they will have a great experience. Thank you Casa Dorada!!

Beautiful Resort, great location, awesome staff , stay here but don't, I still want a room! Don't let this excellent review go to your heads and up your prices, just keep being you with your outstanding service and excellence and I will be back as long as time allows me.

Visited once again in Sept 2017. We have a timeshare there and always look forward to returning. All damages from the big hurricane in early September are fixed and not visible. Construction on the new spa area is currently ongoing but not loud and evasive. Casa is a class hotel and continues to improve. People and facilities are great. Highly recommend for couples and families.

Great vacation!!! Great time of year to come if you don't like a lot of crowds. Look for Emilio at the pool! Emilio was so attentive. He always brought our pool towels to us and he always asked if we needed anything. He was the absolute best ever!!! I highly recommend visiting Emilio.

Very clean hotel and friendly staff. They always made sure you were taken care of. Rooms were very spacious. We stayed in a one bedroom suite. This hotel is in the middle of all the medano beach action and a short walk to downtown. Love casa Dorada

Casa Dorada is the perfect resort if you're looking for some R&R! The rooms and the pool were well kept and clean! All of their employees from the bell staff to the restaurant staff were professional and super helpful. This resort is located right next to Mango Deck (literally) and walk-able distance to the Marina so you don't have to take transportation. There's a really good massage place on the left side of the resort that's walk-able and it's on the beach! There's a restaurant deck on the beach called The Sand Bar where you can eat/ drink, and wait for your massage. You get your massages on the top deck! They're super cheap and really good! For 60mins it's $30 USD, for 90mins it's about $40+ USD. It's so worth it and relaxing when you hear the ocean waves.

My family recently stayed at Casa Dorada and were very impressed. The rooms were spacious and nicely furnished, staff were friendly and accommodating, and the location can't be beat. You will be minutes away from the marina and the downtown area with lots to do. If you're coming to Cabo, look no further.

My husband Brian & I stayed from 8/12-8/19 & it was our first time visiting Cabo! Thanks to the amazing staff we will be back to Casa Dorado next year! I work for Marriott so I know what great service looks like! I want to thank Leo in room service for his outstanding service to our villa, David at the main pool for going above & beyond to make us comfortable at the pool, and thank you to Arturo at the swim up bar for his friendly service & great conversation! The master chief at the Sushi Bar also deserves to be recognized for a job well done! Because of you all, we will be back to see you next year! Thank you so very much!
