Acabamos de regresar del Grand Oasis Tulum y nos gustaría expresar nuestro más sincero agradecimiento por su excelente estadía. Esta fue la primera vez que visitamos México y el Grand Oasis superó con creces nuestras expectativas, desde el excepcional personal hasta la fenomenal playa y las aguas cristalinas. Nos alojamos en la habitación con vistas al jardín en la planta baja que daba a las piscinas. La habitación estaba muy limpia, espaciosa y cómoda. La selección de comida era increíble. Un gran agradecimiento a Angel nuestro servidor en el bufé, que siempre tenía una sonrisa en su rostro y una palabra amable. Ya te extrañamos mi amigo Giovanni en el bar de la azotea era excepcional y muy informativo. Saul en el bar de la playa hizo las mejores bebidas y tenía un maravilloso sentido del humor. Hipólita, nuestro servidor de playa, es una joya. Nuevamente, gracias por los recuerdos y los veremos a todos muy pronto.

"Buenas vacaciones!"
Mi primo y yo (mujeres) nos quedamos en este resort del 1 al 6 de octubre. Lo pasamos de maravilla! La comida, la gente, el servicio era excelente. Un saludo especial a Sabina, Jonathan y los demás miembros del equipo de entretenimiento. Fueron muy divertidos, pero no demasiado insistentes a la hora de hacer que la gente se uniera a las actividades. Ernesto en el bar V.I.P. también fue increíble y preparó las bebidas a la perfección. Y un aplauso muy especial para "Mi Amor" por el entretenimiento en el bar (ubicado en el resort) y a bordo (fiesta en crucero incluida en el resort). ¡¡¡Estás INCREIBLE!!!! Yo animaría a todos a probar todos los restaurantes del resort. Visitamos el gran oasis por un día y nos divertimos allí, era un verdadero lugar de fiesta, pero disfrutamos más de nuestro resort, ya que era un poco más tranquilo y moderno y sólo para adultos. Después de estar de fiesta todo el día, ¡un pequeño RandR siempre fue bueno! Los Sens también tuvieron una fiesta de espuma que fue ¡muuuuuy impresionante! La mejor experiencia de lejos! Recomendaría este hotel a cualquier persona que quiera disfrutar de un ambiente adulto, económico, moderno, tranquilo y animado. No veo la hora de volver el año que viene! Gracias Oasis Sense por esta gran experiencia y vacaciones.
"Grandes vacaciones en temporada baja"
Sexta vez que nos hospedamos en este hotel, pero nuestra primera visita a Cancún durante la "temporada de huracanes" fue una experiencia maravillosa, a pesar del bajo número de huéspedes, el servicio, la calidad de la comida, las opciones de restaurantes disponibles fueron como la temporada alta, siempre excelentes. Gracias por el excelente servicio al cliente por parte del personal, especialmente al perfecto anfitrión Luis, Luz en la Caja, Alexandre en el servicio de habitaciones, Miguel en Mantenimiento y Ariel en la sección VIP. Por último, la dirección es realmente profesional en la atención a las necesidades de los huéspedes, gracias a Enrique y también al Maestro Chef Rafael.

Gran servicio, personal muy profesional, muy amable... El hotel está muy limpio. Un agradecimiento especial a Luz, Luiz, Daniel en el Box Se divirtieron mucho... la recepción muy útil profesional Pablo Marlene. El botones Fidel es un gran servicio. Carlos y Ricardo en la recepción, un buen café para salvar vidas. Carlos en el italiano, Jesús Juan Carlos en el mexicano. Todos ellos hicieron de nuestras vacaciones algo memorable. Gran entretenimiento en el bar Kinky. La piscina grande del Oasis Grand nos gustó mucho más que Oasis Sens. Caja fuerte, seguridad todo el tiempo. Océano seguro y limpio.
"Bonita propiedad con gran entretenimiento en un ambiente relajado."
Acabamos de regresar de nuestra segunda estancia en Oasis Sens el año pasado. El primer viaje fue entre Navidad y Año Nuevo, la propiedad estaba un poco llena, pero no demasiado. Durante esta estancia, no hubo ninguna aglomeración. Lo pasamos muy bien en ambos viajes. Nos encontramos con mucha gente amistosa durante ambas estancias. El complejo es un poco viejo, pero limpio y bien cuidado. La comida está definitivamente por encima de la media, el entretenimiento es genial, las áreas de piscina / playa son fantásticas. Hay bares para tomar tragos por todas partes. El pollo en Mr. Whimpy en la piscina es increíble. Benazuza para el desayuno fue una gran experiencia. El personal de entretenimiento es divertido, y siempre tiene algo en marcha, o simplemente puede sentarse y relajarse. El único negativo real es el discurso de ventas que te dan para tratar de conseguir que asistas al discurso de ventas más grande de las vacaciones. Fuimos la primera vez, y aprendimos de nuestro error. Sólo di cortésmente que no estás interesado. Un saludo especial a Carlos el botones, Luis desde los restaurantes y Pedro desde el bar de la piscina. La única otra cosa que puedo mencionar es conseguir toda la información sobre los restaurantes cuando llegues. Pregunte cuáles necesitan reservaciones y asegúrese de obtenerlas cuando pueda. Si hay mucha gente, puede ser difícil conseguirlos.
"Hermoso resort"
Este resort es muy hermoso. Cada noche hay una hora de entretenimiento único. Disfrutamos cada show. Las piscinas son preciosas. La playa es limpia y confortable. Nadar en el golfo es seguro. Salvavidas de servicio. El restaurante de desayuno buffet es muy bueno. Un gran surtido. Un agradecimiento especial a : Daniel, José Zapata, Rafael, Albina y Neri. Comimos dos veces en el restaurante Al Sur. Los shish-kebabs de carne están deliciosos. Un agradecimiento especial a Gaudalupe por cuidarnos tan bien! Cenar en el restaurante Benazuza es una necesidad para el desayuno! Un agradecimiento especial a Carlos, Alfonzo y Fidel por nuestra experiencia maravillosa! Disfruté de la barra de la playa casi a diario. Gracias a : Lucero, Alejandro, Mauro, Manuel, Armando y Pedro! Todos disfrutamos del programa de ejercicios en la piscina, Zumba, voleibol también. Un agradecimiento especial a : ¡Antonio, Jorge, Sabrina y Yonathan! El vestíbulo principal se encuentra inmaculadamente limpio. Gracias a Theresa en el departamento de limpieza. Gracias a Ernesto en el bar VIP. También un gran agradecimiento a Sarai en el mostrador de inscripción VIP. Gracias Raphael (director del resort). Para tomar nota: ¡es imprescindible comer en el restaurante Black Hole! Es un lugar excelente y divertido para comer! ¡No dejes pasar este restaurante! Nos encantó! "Simply awesome !!!!"
This was my first time in Mexico so was not sure what to expect but wow. The staff are amazing, the hotel and its grounds couldnt be cleaner and the inclusions in the all-inclusive rate was amazing. The only downfall we had was we requested a twin room and ended up with a king bed room but that was the only hiccup. The restaurants have the yummiest meals and the sushi place for the afternoon snack was delicious. Not as big as some of the resorts we drove past but I actually liked that fact. We have have never been so sad to leave a place.
"Best hotel I've ever stayed in!"
I have recently got back from a 10 night stay with my boyfriend at the Oasis Sens and we had the most amazing time there!! Our hotel was changed last minute just days before we were due to go away and at first this concerned and worried us after planning and looking forward to our holiday for months but when we arrived at the Oasis sens and seen it in person for the first time we were so happy that this was our new hotel and knew straight away we were going to have a great time there. The staff are all wonderful there and are so friendly and helpful! A real credit to the hotel! Each morning a lovely lady called Sabina came round the pool to say hi to us and ask how we were each morning which we thought was really nice! I don't no the names of the other reps there but they were all so friendly with us and getting us involved in activities such as volleyball! Please pass on my thanks to them all :) the gentleman who works at the swim up bar was also so lovely and friendly! After a few days of being there he knew what our drinks order was and brought it over to us each morning and throughout the day which we thought was really kind of him. There is a great variaty of restaurants to choose from but our favourite was the Italian which we ate at almost every night, the food is gorgeous and staff are all so polite. The breakfast buffet they have there is also fantastic so much yummy food to choose from!! Our rooms were cleaned each day and were always so clean and fresh afterwards, our mini fridge was also stocked up with drinks each day which was brilliant. The entertainment at night time was also very good there with different shows on at the kinky club and around the hotel, one night we even went to a boat party which was free and all included. The hotel was perfect for us and it couldn't of been in a better location right on the beautiful beach! Best holiday I've ever had! Thank you Oasis Sens!

We had a wonderful time in this hotel. Is beautiful, clean and friendly staff. We liked the fact that is gay friendly. The food was good and beautiful beach. If you stay at this hotel, you can visit the other oasis hotels also. Good entertainment in the kinky bar. The Captain hook trip was nice. Will go back to this hotel.
"Beautiful Resort with Great Food"
I stayed at the Oasis Sens recently and it was just beautiful. It's on a lovely stretch of beach, but where this resort really stands out is it's food. Benazuza was amazing! Molecular gastronomy is so much fun. They also have a restaurant I didn't get a chance to try where you eat in the dark. I guess that gives me a reason to come back!

this is perfect if you just want to relax. adults only which made the experience a lot better. everything was perfect but the rooms smell like mildew. i was hoping for a beach fresh scent. im not a germaphobe but hate cold scents. but the people were lovely and welcoming. fun activities and the beach cabanas keep away those mobile vendors. the reviews about the rooms being hot, i figured they live in the arctic. I had to turn off my AC because it was too cold. Can't go to the Caribbean and complain about the heat, why even go?
"Great vacation at Oasis Sens"
Me and my girlfriend were here in late august and had a great time we have no complaints, everything was great food, pools and the service. We want to give especial thanks to Natalia and Eladio at the Moonlight they tookcare of us really nice people, we are definitely going back to this hotel
"Real Life Oasis"
First time going to the Oasis hotel with my wife and it was an overall very good experience. The hotel was located right by the beach so getting to our favorite beach chair was not a problem. The water was crystal clear and the waves weren't even beyond half a foot tall. It was just so damn gorgeous. And what made it better is that the hotel is CHILDREN FREE, so that was a vacation in its self. The room, restaurants and bar service were top notch with a good variety of places to eat within the hotel, especially the Italian restaurant called "Moonlight". That Italian restaurant had excellent waiter service especially if you get a waiter by the name of Eladio who went above and beyond to make sure you had a more than a excellent experience there. We always made sure he was our server. The only bad thing really is that in the lobby there were these solicitors who would drive you to other hotels that belong to Oasis, and offer tours to these hotels if you put a $20 dollars down payment but upon further investigating these "hotels" were time shares and we never went. Overall great hotel and vacation spot and I will come back again.
"Planning next trip soon!!!"
My partner and I just got back home from a wonderful experience in Cancun. We booked our all inclusive package with funjet. When we arrived at Oasis Sens everyone was eager to help us and show us the ropes. They have beautiful views, clean rooms and pools, and very friendly staff. It is a gay friendly resort that was very diverse and open. Everyone went out of their way to make sure everyone was safe, comfortable, and happy. We are already planning our next trip for next year. Hopefully we will be able to stay longer, and possibly have our wedding on the beach.
"Paradise in the Carribean"
We loved the food, people and our room with our own plunge pool. Private and oceanfront room with breath taking views. Juan Carlos from the Mexican restaurant is the very best with his staff. You can order off the menu his very own surf and turf special with flank steak and barbeque shrimp. For lunch you can order salmon with a delicious spinach sauce, veggies and potatoes from the Caf. All in all we had a wonderful time. We were treated very well and I would recommend the all inclusive plan. It's worth it for all of the wonderful food and cuisine you have to choose from a wide variety. We are going back next year.

"Great Customer Service"
The hotel was beautiful and the staff was very friendly. However, when we order room service, it took forever to get to our room. The food at the hotel was also not great. Lastly, the hotel is a little far from the downtown clubs, luckily the bus stops frequently and it's cheap (only $1USD). Would definitely go back to Cancun not sure if i'll stay at the same hotel.
"Great Place"
We had a great time in Aug of 2014.The black hole is a must experience. We got to release the baby turtles into the ocean while we were there and that was an amazing experience.The hotel is very clean and the room was very nice.We booked our vacation through Vacation Express and was very pleased with them.The staff is very helpful and they made our week very nice. Sabina the young lady at the pool was awesome and very sweet. Sergio made sure we had everything we needed.It would be better if there was a bit more to do after dinner but if you go with friends you can have a lot of fun anyway.
"Great customer service"
We stayed 3 nights at the Sens in August. The hotel and facilities were wonderful. We had special help from concierges Sergio and Edwin. They helped arrange golf and special shopping. They always had a smile and attempted to anticipate our needs. We had a minor problem with the toilet, which was fixed within a 5 minute time period. In addition Valentina was a joy to know, her enthusiasm will surely help this hotel. Food was good, we always were able to find something we liked
"Overall Wonderful Experience"
From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel "special" - Edwin and Stephanie checked us in and gave us the "rundown" on the different restaurants and activities. We ate at some of the fantastic restaurants - one of our favorites was the Black Hole - dining in the dark - excellent staff. Another great dining experience was Al Sur, where Fidel and Daniel made sure we had a great time with awesome food and a great atmosphere. The nightclub "Kinky" has a wonderful "Burlesque" show, which was very cool, as well as the "High Heels" show, which was also really cool. The pools, the ocean, the hotel, the staff, the food, the atmosphere - we more than loved it and would return again! Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable!
"Adults only is the place to stay when you want to relax."
Beautiful pool great service and beautiful clean beach with plenty of chairs, no need to worry about reserving your space. Peaceful atmosphere and good good. The French specialty restaurant, no so great! I will skip and go to steak house instead. Entertainment, a bit generic but it's ok. Great for relaxation and romantic evenings. The menus could change or add more, but what they have is tasty. The chicken by the pool and the burgers are really good.
