Hotel was older but very clean and well kept. Plenty of space in the suite for a family of four. Awesome location, was only a 10 minute drive to Disney. Surrounded by multiple stores and restaurants so everything was easily accessible and convenient.

We just finished a week vacation at the Grand Sirenis. We booked through BookVIP and I have to say that I'm extremely pleased with the entire trip, all the way from booking through the conclusion of the trip. We got a phenomenal deal and had an excellent trip!

"great place for snow birds"
We booked into a suite for the month o Feb and were pleased with the comfort and convenience of the rooms, having two bathrooms and two TVs made it feel like a home away from home. Kitchen is equipped with full sized fridge, stove, dishwasher and dishes as well as dishwasher and dish soap and tea towels. The heated pool was well kept. Only complaint was about other inconsiderate travellers who would get into the hot tub fully clothed [ women in long skirts and tunics] and bring there babies in diapers into the hot tub with them.
"Great hotel"
I stay at this hotel regularly and the rooms are very well laid out. Two areas for sleeping, two bathrooms, full kitchen. It's home away from home. However, the highlight of staying there is that the workers are nothing short of incredible. Lilly, in housekeeping is amazingly kind, friendly, and accommodating. She is the epitome of excellent service. She goes out of her way to make the guest comfortable during the stay. Nancy, in housekeeping is also warm, kind, and friendly. They are definitely, among others, assets to this hotel. I will certainly continue to patronize this Howard Johnson, and would recommend it to others.
"Outstanding housekeeping"
Our stay was great especially when we walked into our room exhausted but one look at our so refreshed room makes you feel so comfortable for the time we were at hojos everyday our beds were made floor vacuum and you could tell she put effort in our room by placing our shoes neatly our bathroom always had clean towels and can see she did more then just wipe down the tub .we were so please we made sure we took her name .So Mrs.Dee Thank you for your houspertatly and doing such a great job in keeping our room refreshed
"Orlando trip"
Resort was older, but the room was clean, the beds comfortable and the pool warm. the breakfast area was small, good muffins.
"Pleasant Surprise"
Spend 4 nights to recover from the Miami marathon. Very spacious and clean. Full kitchen, two bad rooms and the suit easily sleeps 5 persons. Breakfast is complementary which is extra service. The motel is on a very busy road with many restaurants and shopping possibilities. There is a small pool and on the lake in the back of the hotel is is possible to waterski. The Disney parks are approximately 10 minutes from the motel and you can get tickets at the front desk. The are washers and dryers available so you can leave with a suitcase with clean clothes. I highly recommend this motel !

"Great Hotel"
The staff is very friendly. The rooms are clean. The beds are comfortable. Pool area has a fullsize pool, kiddie pool and a hot tub. There is also a playground located next to the pool area. The hotel is located not from from amusement parks and shopping. Great hotel at good prices.

this hotel is very nice. I stay there every winter when I go to Orlando. The rooms are very nice and clean. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is in the heart of all the attractions. It has a nice pool and hot tubs and a great view of the lake.
"Full Kitchen but No Microwave"
Overall a nice place. Our room was a suite with 2 full beds in 1 room and a pull out sofa and table and 4 chairs in the other room connected by a galley kitchen with full size fridge and a dishwasher. Door key stopped working and it took 2 days to get it fixed(it was the door, not the key) luckily the suite had a second door. It was great that there were 2 bathrooms. And the heated pool was nice. Unfortunately the hot tub was not hot. Location is close to Disney and lots of reasonable restaurants. Staff was friendly and helpful. Also had a laundry which is helpful when away from home for 2 weeks. Only 1 washer out of 3 was working though..but no one was washing so it was no problem. All in all we liked it here. Clean, comfortable and reasonable price
"Comfortable"
All was well except the door keys would not work properly, sometimes took several minutes to get back into the room, front desk acknowledged they had problems with this and reset the keys which worked somewhat better after that.
"Very Pleased..."
We were very pleased with this hotel stay. Our room was very big. We had two rooms with three beds, kitchen, and two bathrooms. It was plenty of room for our family of five. The only cons were the breakfast room and the shuttle experience. The breakfast room was way too crowded and pastries, cereal, and fruit was what was offered. The shuttle to the parks consisted of going to several hotels and the bus did not have air condition. So, that was a one time deal for us. The employees at this hotel were very nice and are very hard workers. Our room was cleaned every day and resupplied with what we needed. The pool was very nice, too. We would definitely stay here again. I would recommend this place to any family that is looking for somewhere to stay that is not overpriced and convenient. This place should be getting a lot more credit than what some people have given. Of course, everyone has a different experience, and ours went really good for our stay here.
"Christmas in Kissimmee"
The was very roomy, nice having a kitchen. wished it had a microwave in it. Staff was very friendly, we will be booking it again next visit.
"Nice Hotel"
Two night stay good price, excellent room plenty of space. The only thing about this hotel is that the breakfast room needs to be larger, it gets busy and often there is not enough tables. The breakfast itself is ok but the room in which it is served needs to be bigger.
"Rates"
I made my reservations on March 10,2015. The dates for my stay would be Nov 1, checking out on Nov 7th 2015. I was given the rate of $56,29 per night because we were staying for the week. The reservation person was Rebecca at Howard Johnson's reservations. When I checked out the desk person Terry at the Howard Johnson's charged us $78. per night because we didn't stay a full week = 7days. We have stayed at this location for 4 years. We have always stayed for 6 nights and have paid the weekly rate. Has your policy changed? Terry did change our rate to $60. per night but said next time we have to stay the 7 nights. We paid $413.58. We should have paid $388.44. Terry would have charged us $535.62. I'm hoping to be compensated. Other than the rates we had a great stay. What is your policy as to what is considered a week.
"Awesome"
I just got back home from this hotel and I have to say it was a wonderful stay. The good was very comfortable and a bit elegant. Carpet just a little bit dirty. Friendly staff and great location. The breakfast was good and Fatima was great. We had lots of fun in the game room. I would recommend it.

"Jacuzzi room at the HoJo"
I'm always amused when people review hotels and expect a brand new 5 star room from a budget hotel. This hotel looks well loved. Not perfect, but clean and everything worked. The staff was pleasant and they all seemed happy. There was a pool and a place to rent jet ski's on the lake directly behind the hotel. We were only in town to see some friends and decided to get a room with a jacuzzi rather than crash on their couch, so we really didn't use anything outside of the room. The room smelled like it had been unused for a few days, but nothing that a glade candle and the ac couldn't fix after about an hour. It is after all, a jacuzzi room. My only complaint was their shampoo - so ladies, if you have long hair, make sure to bring your own shampoo and conditioner! There is a Target and a dollar store right across the street though. Oh, and a decent BBQ joint right there in the parking lot of the hotel!
