It's nice to have a bit of space, and this hotel sits in 24 acres of it. The grounds include not only 3 pools and 2 kids' pools, but also an 18-hole mini-golf course. Who can resist having a go at that? Perhaps you'll enjoy a sun downer in Hurricane Sam's, overlooking the lake. You can eat there too, and there are also plenty of restaurants an easy drive away. In the mornings you have the choice of an all-American, all-you-can-eat buffet in the Greenhouse Restaurant, or perhaps a doughnut and coffee in The General Store and Deli. You'll need to fuel yourself to explore the magic of the Walt Disney World Resort, which is just a 5-min drive from here. As well as serving the theme parks, the shuttle service will take you to Lake Buena Vista Factory Stores, with bargains available at outlets such as Gap, Sony, Calvin Klein and many more.

This was our second year, staying here. The front desk was a pleasure to deal with, very friendly and easy to give good information that we needed. The room was freshly painted. We stayed for seven weeks by the heated pool. The staff was eager to help and very friendly. Housekeeping was done professionally everyday. If any issues arose maintenance was there promptly. We will definitely go back to this resort.

Sam's offers pizza, snack foods and refreshing drinks in a relaxing sports bar setting. You can spend an evening at Sam's taking in the game, shooting pool or passing time on the outdoor deck. We also have Karaoke a couple of nights a week..come join in on the fun!

We just finished a week vacation at the Grand Sirenis. We booked through BookVIP and I have to say that I'm extremely pleased with the entire trip, all the way from booking through the conclusion of the trip. We got a phenomenal deal and had an excellent trip!

"Great Service for Great Price"
If you want to be in less than 5 minutes from Disney World Property, see the fireworks from your window, and get great customer service, I recommend this hotel. In customer service they were knowledgeable with information about things to do in the surrounding area, and even had coupon books with pretty good deals. Toni in customer service was great, and accommodating for my stay. I also had no problem extending my stay to enjoy my time on vacation a bit longer. I highly recommend this please because of their excellent service, location to Disney and local attractions, and for a great price. Should we ever need a hotel in this area again, this will be the first on our list.

"Disney get a way"
We thought this was a nice place for a reasonable rate. The Staff was very friendly, the rooms were clean and spacious. Pool area was fun and well kept. Close to magic kingdom and other Disney attractions! We would definitely stay here again!
"Comfortable for the price"
I have stayed here a couple times. There is security at the entrance, so it has a safe appeal. It is comfortable, simple, and has 2 pools and a few restaurants. Would stay again
"A Mid-Range Priced Stay, A quick drive to all the Parks."
This is a nice, but not great hotel. For the price, this place is on the better end. It is not a four or five star resort. The bed are clean, near all of Parks, and have many nice low cost places to eat nearby.

Older but newly renovated and new everything in rooms and very very clean. Great morning breakfast room for $10 ea. definitely will return. Four miles from Walt Disney world.

This was our second time and are looking forward to staying here again in November. The price is awesome, great location, clean and comfortable. We live in Arkansas and own a small hotel and this hotel has everything we wanted for our relaxing getaway twice a year, love the pool recommend rooms poolside!

We've stayed at this location many times. It's pretty much our hotel of choice. The staff is always friendly and knowledgeable, the rooms are always clean, and you can't beat the location, especially if you're visiting Disney World.

Clean, great staff and prompt service. I enjoyed my stay and will visit again. The location was centrally located to shopping, dinning and entertainment. The food was good and fresh daily. I had a problem with my television and maintenance replaced it promptly.

Really enjoyed this property and all the amenities...2 pools (one heated), reasonably priced restaurant and bar, great customer service. Rooms were very comfortable and very adequate.
"Last minute stay"
Decided to stay overnight at the last minute, checked in at almost midnight. Super friendly staff, easy check in,clean room, easy access to the interstate and just minutes from Disney parks. I will definitely stay here the next time I am in the area.
"Great time in Kissimmee!"
We had a fabulous time at this hotel. Were a little concerned because of some negative reviews. We never had any problems We stayed for ten days in the tower room and enjoyed fireworks nightly. Met the manager Andrew at the managers reception and found him to be charming. Also met fellow Canadians, who shared some tips for the the area. Enjoyed ourselves so much we are planning on coming back and will recommend hotel to our friends. It is central to everything. Enjoyed the breakfast buffet and happy hour at Mulligans. When we checked in Katerina checked us in and was very helpful. When I asked for a room so that we could see fireworks at Disney she was happy to accommodate us. Cannot say enough good things about our visit.
"Second part of our trip."
We stayed here for three days, reasonably priced. No one bothers you. Heated pool open till 10pm, outdoor billiards and an arcade or game room. Our room was located right by the pool so easy to watch the kids...vending and ice on site. Staff pleasant. Seems very clean even though a little outdated. Fridge sounded like it was on it way out was the only neg about the room. Very comfy beds. Would recommend to anyone looking for a decent price hotel. Take advantage of the Westgate opportunity...worth the free breakfast and discounted tix.
"Great Vacation Spot!"
My husband and I just completed a one month stay at this hotel. We had a great time. The location is near lots of restaurants and a short drive to all the Disney or Universal Parks. The staff at this hotel is so helpful and friendly. Our room was newly renovated. New carpeting and freshly painted walls made for an even more enjoyable stay. We enjoyed the large heated pool every day. We will definitely stay here again!
"just a wonderful, wonderful place."
just had to let everyone know that may not know already, that this ramada is paradise on earth. the plce at night looks like a tropical paradise. my wife and i have been comming here for 15 years. when our kids were young they always wanted to come here for summer vacation. now they are married and gone my wife and i continue to still go there. the office personel from manager andrew, and his staff lucy and christine always welcome us as if we are family. and once there andrew, lucy, christine and also stephanie make us and treat us like v.i.p. once we are there we do not want to leave. it is that wonderful. i would like to thank the owner for having such wonderful, caring,polite and proffesional people there to make our stay so memorable.our money is good anywhere we would choose to go on irlo bronson hwy. , and the lord knows there are a lot of motel/hotels to choose from, but we would never go any where else. i ask of the owner or GM there to give them all a big pat on the back from my wife and i and tell them job well done. and you should buy them all dinner for their going beyond the call of duty efforts. i recmend anyone reading this to make the ramada maingate west in kissimmee florida part of your florida vacation.
"Great value hotel"
There are many amenities at this hotel, the people all treated us well, both a sit down and a quick serve food choices. We were very impressed with the value we got for our dollar. We will return on our next visit to Orlando.
"Osceola Law Ride"
Excellent Staff, especially Katherina, who was working the front desk on my arrival. She was very nice and extremely helpful! The room was nice although as mentioned in some previous reviews, the walls were thin. They had covered parking for my motorcycle. Although I didn't get to use them, their additional amenities seemed sufficient. Plenty of restaurants close by and an excellent in-house restaurant. Will definitely stay there in the future.
"We would choose this property again!"
Overall this Property is very nice. Yes, the rooms we stayed in could use an update, but we had clean beds and clean towels and provided a place to rest at night. Which is what we were looking for. So for the price, you can't beat it. You get what you pay for! We did have an incident in our room on the first night. But we got moved to another room that met our satisfaction. The staff was VERY apologetic. The grounds at this property are very pretty. It was nice to sit at the pool in the morning and enjoy the scenery. Yes, my family and I would stay here again!
"Outstanding housekeeping"
Our stay was great especially when we walked into our room exhausted but one look at our so refreshed room makes you feel so comfortable for the time we were at hojos everyday our beds were made floor vacuum and you could tell she put effort in our room by placing our shoes neatly our bathroom always had clean towels and can see she did more then just wipe down the tub .we were so please we made sure we took her name .So Mrs.Dee Thank you for your houspertatly and doing such a great job in keeping our room refreshed
