We just finished a week vacation at the Grand Sirenis. We booked through BookVIP and I have to say that I'm extremely pleased with the entire trip, all the way from booking through the conclusion of the trip. We got a phenomenal deal and had an excellent trip!

"Asombroso"
Actualmente se aloja en este hotel y ha sido increíble hasta ahora. Vinimos con una familia de 7 niños y todo fue muy fácil. Fuimos maravillosamente recibidos. La ubicación es increíble! El buffet es perfecto para una gran familia, lo simplifica todo. Las habitaciones son preciosas y el servicio está en el punto. Hay un montón de actividades planeadas para nosotros por el equipo de entretenimiento que, por cierto, ¡es absolutamente encantador! Todo el mundo aquí es siempre amable y sonriente. ¡Volveré aquí otra vez!

Historial de viaje antes de este viaje con todo incluido solamente: Cancún 2x crucero 6x Yo: Un hombre de 45 años que podría perder 30 libras, juega póquer una vez a la semana, es dueño de un pequeño negocio y vive en el noreste de los Estados Unidos. Como se indica en el título, tengo una esposa y dos hijos. Hicimos un viaje largo (8 días) y llegamos un lunes. Nos cambiaron a un cuarto con vista parcial al mar cuando nuestro cuarto no estaba listo. Llegamos antes de las 3 de la tarde, así que la habitación que no estaba lista no era algo inesperado. No pedimos la actualización ni nos quejamos de ninguna manera, simplemente nos la dieron. La habitación es bonita, pero podría ser un poco más grande. Mucho espacio de almacenamiento, a pesar de su tamaño, y todos fuimos capaces de guardar nuestra ropa de forma ordenada. El complejo es hermoso, limpio y bien cuidado. Las piscinas estaban limpias y el agua de la piscina no estaba excesivamente tratada con cloro. La playa es muy bonita también y tiene muchas áreas sombreadas para aquellos que evitan el sol dominicano. El servicio fue bueno. Se esforzaron mucho, pero fallaron muchas veces. Hablamos sólo unas pocas frases en español. Mi idea era que, dado que la isla estaba tan cerca de los Estados Unidos, el personal estaría familiarizado con el inglés al menos cuando se trataba de pedir una bebida de su menú. Ese no fue el caso a pesar de que el 70% de los invitados (mi estimación/mi experiencia) hablaban inglés. Era gracioso porque pedíamos 2 monos de chocolate, un daiquiri de fresa y un daiquiri de naranja y ellos volvían con 4 bebidas de las cuales 1 sería lo correcto. Nunca nos quejamos y nos reímos de ello. Mi hijo de 9 años dijo: "Tienes lo que tienes, y no te enfades", que es como estuvimos toda la semana.

Fue muy divertido. Equipo de entretenimiento de lo mejor! Todos son increíbles: Lebrón, Chiquita, Reina, etc.! La comida es deliciosa, las habitaciones son realmente espaciosas y limpias! La decoración del hotel se ve muy bien. Todos aquí son muy amables con nosotros y hacen que nuestras vacaciones sean agradables y cómodas.

Acabo de regresar de un viaje a Punta Cana. Era un hermoso resort con un excelente personal. Los shows de la noche fueron increíbles! Lebron, Carlos y la Reina eran unos bailarines increíbles por nombrar algunos... Luis y Jonathan eran los mejores camareros en los bares preferidos y Lucrecia y Johnathan eran excelentes camareros en la playa!
"Resort y servicio superior. Recomendamos ALTAMENTE este resort"
Visitamos este resort en nuestras recientes vacaciones, y no podemos decir suficientes cosas buenas sobre las instalaciones del resort, y el personal. Desde el momento en que llegamos, hemos experimentado un excelente servicio por parte del personal, y en particular por parte de nuestro mayordomo Manuel. Todo el personal se unió a nosotros cuando necesité atención especial por una lesión que sufrí antes de nuestra estadía. Estábamos abrumados por el cuidado sincero y la preocupación que el personal nos había dado, y pronto sentimos que nos estaban cuidando como si fuéramos un miembro de la familia. Somos viajeros con mucha experiencia, y tenemos que calificar nuestra estancia como la mejor que hemos experimentado nunca en términos de la atención y de los esfuerzos del personal para hacer que nuestra estancia fuera placentera. Manuel, nuestro mayordomo, es el mejor, y no podemos agradecerle lo suficiente por su ayuda durante nuestra estancia. La ubicación del resort es perfecta. Las instalaciones fueron maravillosas tanto para parejas como para familias. La comida era excelente, y los empleados parecían felices y deseosos de ayudar de cualquier manera. El servicio de habitaciones fue excelente, y hubo muchas actividades divertidas que fueron bien administradas. Todo el resort es de primera clase, y si a eso le añadimos un personal superior, sería muy difícil no elegir este resort para futuros viajes. ALTAMENTE recomendado!
"Great stay for our 40th anniversary"
We have very little negative to say about the resort - food was great all around and vegetarian choices were awesome. Our room was beautiful and roomy, bed comfortable. Beach clean, numerous pools, well lit at night, totally enjoyed A La Carte Restaurants (not having to book in advance is really a plus). Nice to be in a new resort. Booked a half-day excursion and totally enjoyed it. Vincent with Nexus really made our booking simple and enjoyable. When we checked in Alexis at the front desk was very accommodating and generous. We shared it was our 40th anniversary and he upgraded us to preferred without us asking (at no extra cost). Such a nice gift to celebrate our special week. We would go back without hesitation. One thing that we found hard to get used to was the high humidity. Great for the skin indeed but clothes, sheets and everything is humid...nothing at all to do with the hotel, Fantastic, relaxing resort - felt very pampered.

Came here with my family for an amazing time, and they did not fall short of expectation. Water was beautiful, sand was like powder, and the food was amazing! The entertainment at night was so great, special shoutout to Lebron for always being fun!!
"Great new resort with excellent staff!"
We really enjoyed our time in Punta Cana. You really could not tell it was a new resort as they really have their stuff together. The staff was excellent and all seemed very happy to be working there. Cesar helped us during our staff and was wonderful! He was very accommodating and helped us with anything we needed. We had a rough start as our ceiling was leaking and kind of collapsed our first night, but they got us in a new room quickly. The air conditioner was leaking into the ceiling. It was an adventure! The food was great, beach service wonderful, and entertainment was fantastic. We only went to Breathless one time, but food was great there too. Queen, Khalifa, and Lebron were wonderful entertainment staff! Julia, Miguel, Leo, and Santony were awesome beach and pool waiters. We would definitely go back.
"Amazing New Resort"
We have just spent a week here and had an amazing time. First of all our rooms were absolutely amazing, we had an ocean view master suite. Two bathrooms, a living room and a walk in closet. Our butler Tommy was amazing, yes we had a butler! We booked using the Preferred Club so I think at this resort when you are Preferred you get a butler. It is a new resort so there a few little things to iron out, trees need some maturing, but it is clean and beautiful. We loved Lebron from the entertainment crew. Julio was our main waiter and he was amazing, he would walk across the bridge to our private area to serve us our drinks. We also absolutely loved Julia in the Preferred Club area she brought us earrings on our last day as a gift. Yovany was our waiter in the Preferred area for breakfast and lunch.....amazing service and always with a smile. Sol has a special place in our heart. And definitely YES we would come back!

Great place to stay. Very clean and organized for being so new. Our butler Cesar was great! He was very helpful and made sure we were always happy and taken care of. The preferred pool bar was great. Julia and Miguel did a great job. The beach service was really good. People came by very quickly. Santoni was very nice and stood out but all the others were great too. We enjoyed the entertainment each night. Some of the acrobats were unreal!! Overall the staff and food was all real good! The steak house was my favorite by far. The filet mignon and lobster stuffed mushrooms were amazing! Thanks for the great vacation! We will definitely recommend you to friends and will be back ourselves.

"Amazing Vacation"
Just returned from a fabulous vacation. Our group came on a work retreat and enjoyed the beautiful beach, preferred pool and restaurants. The staff at the resort was extremely friendly. Julia at the preferred pool was so attentive and always made sure we had a drink in our hand. We LOVED her!
"The staff is wonderful."
This resort is a great place to stay on your vacation! The rooms are beautiful and the staff (Pedro Garrido)our butler was amazing and on top of everything we needed and asked for. But be very careful, because the floors can become very slippery.
"Good Vacation"
The food was very good , everything but the blue water grill the steak was not that good. However the people at the bar and the entertainment is AMAZING! Lebron by far is my favorite worker and he makes sure that everyone has a good time! Vacation was definitely made better because of him!!

Everything about this resort was great. Location, no seaweed, beautiful beach and nice big waves. Food was really good. Pool nice and quite. If you need more interaction go next door to Breathless you will find it there. The drinks were wonderful. They also have a great gym which we used.
"R & R at the Beach"
Beautiful!!! My bride and I enjoyed a fun, relaxing, restful, & awesome trip. The people were friendly and worked to very hard to please. Food and drinks were great! Ivan, Rodney, Carmen, and Cindy took super care of us!
"Great Resort"
This resort was so much fun. I went to other resorts and this Resort is just so much better. The water was warm the weather was not too hot. The rooms were nice and clean and you can get room service in the way of special food, or special pillows. Everyone here is so hard working and friendly. Always pausing to say hello to you. The pool was huge. Great for the kids. The shows at night were great and exciting. The restaurants, especially the Japanese ones had great food and the bars are located everywhere in order to get a drink whenever you want one. The buffet was reliable when the wait is too long or you just want some food. The beach was stunning with palm trees and waves to play in, and even a coral reef, with live fish and even stingrays to see as you explore them either snorkeling or in kayaks or paddle boards. Want to learn to windsurf, scuba dive, surf, and more? They had it all here. The pools were big and there was always activities here run by the man the myth the legend- a man who goes by the name of "Wiz Khalifa". Wiz khalifa and the bartender "Carlos" are the two nicest people I've met in my life. Carlos always has a smile on his face and Wiz Khalifa is always ready to have some fun. One day there was a massive water Balloon fight in the pool. Another there was a beach soccer game. The grounds were beautiful with lush green trees and flora. Very well kept. The excursions were local and close by. The kids had so much fun everyday. Even I wanted to wake up really early to got everything in, yet if you want to chill, the rooms each had individual spa tubs on the patios. The perfect touch to the already beautiful rooms. I wouldn't have taken 20 minutes out of my busy day to write this review if I hadn't greatly enjoyed my stay here at this tropical paradise.
"Perfect"
It's very simple. If you aren't completely satisfied with your stay here, you will never be happy in life. If we needed something changed, Carlos our butler took immediate action and fixed it. We stayed in the preferred lounge, where Louis and Jonathan our bartenders kept our and drinks full. Estefania was always there to ensure that we were content. Julia, by the outside pool, never let my glass be empty and The Queen always kept us entertained. It was a great week and we were so happy with now onyx. Hopefully we will be back.
"Wedding vacation"
We went to this resort and had an awesome time. Came down for my close friends wedding and was amazed at the service provided. The food was spectacular at the restaurants. The bar service at the beach at pool were very respectful and fun. The water at the pool was nice and cool with great entertainment throughout the day. The room was very nice and the cleaning service was excellent. When relaxing was always fantastic when Lykan came around. Very fun and nice guy.
