Nos quedamos hasta el 16-20 de diciembre. En general: No éramos "club preferido", pero definitivamente no creo que lo necesitáramos. Este es el segundo resort con todo incluido en el que he estado y me encantó. ¿Volveré? ¡¡Eso espero!!! El personal aquí era A+++++++. Nunca he recibido un servicio tan bueno. Comida: Comimos en todos los restaurantes excepto en la parrilla y en el Olio (no por elección, sino por tiempo limitado). Cada comida fue fantástica. Es cierto lo que dicen acerca de que el servicio es un poco lento a veces, pero es mucho mejor que lo que he encontrado en otros países. Los tacos de pescado en Sea Salt para el almuerzo fueron los mejores que he comido. Mi comida favorita era el buffet mexicano. Por lo que tengo entendido, hacen esto una vez a la semana. Tenían muchos artistas. Fue una fiesta de verdad! Especialmente recibimos un servicio excepcional de Jorge A. en el almuerzo buffet y de César en el restaurante mexicano. También hay una cafetería en el vestíbulo de la que no me cansé. Las instalaciones: Este lugar es absolutamente precioso y todo es muy limpio! Todo el hotel huele a flores. ¿El gimnasio? Bueno, caminé a través de él y fue muy agradable. Tenía la intención de usarlo, pero ya sabes cómo se hace en vacaciones. Tomé una clase de yoga una mañana y eso fue genial. El instructor estaba muy entusiasmado. El vestíbulo es súper relajante y tiene una enorme y hermosa chimenea. Las 3 piscinas infinitas se mantuvieron muy limpias. Recuerdo haber dicho que era la primera vez que veía a un empleado revisando los niveles de productos químicos en una piscina de un resort. Solía ser salvavidas, así que esto es algo que busco. Había muchos asientos alrededor de las piscinas y las sillas eran muy cómodas. Las toallas de playa estaban en el sistema de honor y podías tomar todas las que quisieras a la vez. El año pasado estuve en otro centro turístico con todo incluido donde tenías que "chequear" las toallas con tu tarjeta de habitación y eso fue un poco molesto. La playa: Prefiero estar en una zona más aislada, pero sabía que no lo conseguiría en Cancún. Los hoteles están muy cerca, pero cada uno tiene su propia parte de la playa. Nuestra parte de la playa estaba notablemente más limpia que la de los resorts vecinos. También había muchos asientos en la playa, pero no había sombrillas. Si tuviera una crítica constructiva que hacer, sería ésta. Elegimos quedarnos en la piscina en lugar de sentarnos en la playa por esta razón.

Nos quedamos desde el 23 de noviembre durante dos semanas y lo pasamos de maravilla. Todos los restaurantes eran muy buenos, una mención especial al restaurante Sea Salt fish, teníamos un pescado entero cocinado especialmente para cada uno de nosotros y nuestro camarero Adam nos preparó cafés mayas que se veían y sabían increíbles, no olvides tomar un video de esto, es algo especial. Adam estaba muy atento y no había demasiados problemas. Sin embargo, usted encontrará que este es el caso con todo el personal que hará todo lo posible para hacer de sus vacaciones algo especial. Otra mención debe ir a Camila la sommelier, ella hace catas de vinos dos veces al día, es muy interesante y conoce muy bien sus vinos. Las habitaciones eran impresionantes y la vista buena. Nos quedamos en la zona preferida y si te parece bien, vale la pena. Nos encantaría volver.

Wow! Qué maravillosa sorpresa! Nunca había estado en México antes y como mis tres hijos adultos jóvenes eligieron Cancún, donde yo hubiera elegido Barbados, me preocupaba el nivel que encontraríamos. No es necesario que lo diga. Esta prima todo incluido (nunca antes había hecho todo incluido) ha superado las expectativas. El hotel es hermoso, moderno, inmaculado, con habitaciones espaciosas y hermosas. Numerosas piscinas para elegir, la preferida es una bonificación, pero si no se puede estirarse a eso, el resto son hermosas con un abundante suministro de tumbonas y personal atento! Personal - increíble!!!! Mauricio es difícil de batir por su servicio, pero aquí lo igualan a la perfección. Nada es demasiado problemático y siempre rápido y con una sonrisa. Comida - todos los restaurantes están incluidos en el todo incluido y no hemos sido decepcionados la comida es excelente, de buena calidad y buena elección y con 3 niños adultos jóvenes para alimentar, el servicio de habitaciones que se incluye también es un bono de bienvenida añadido! Me encanta - ¡estaremos volviendo! Felicitaciones a todo el personal!

He sido un consumidor en Trip Advisor y he leído muchas críticas. Es hora de que empiece a revisar los lugares y estoy contento de empezar con este magnífico resort situado en el tramo de la zona hotelera. Teníamos una increíble sala con vista al mar.... Usualmente comenzaba mi día con un delicioso desayuno (nota: Como el resort es todo incluido, no había ningún cargo adicional por pedir servicio de habitaciones) en asientos de tamaño decente al aire libre en la habitación. Diríjase a la playa o a la piscina donde los cócteles siguen fluyendo con múltiples actividades en curso en el resort. Mi marido seguramente disfrutó de algunos de los juegos que jugaron en la playa y la mejor ubicación en la que he jugado al póquer, así es, en la playa :) Las habitaciones, bares y restaurantes están muy bien diseñados y son muy modernos. Es un gran resort para relajarse, grandes cócteles y comida sin problemas para planear, ninguno de los restaurantes necesita reservación y múltiples opciones de cocina. Mi favorito era el restaurante asiático e italiano. El Concierge fue muy amigable para guiarnos en nuestros viajes de un día a la isla de las mujeres y al parque xplor. Si lo que busca es divertirse, probablemente no sea el resort ideal, ya que no hubo muchos bailes y noches salvajes en el resort en sí, pero sí organizaron viajes nocturnos al centro de la ciudad, donde se puede disfrutar de bongó de coco, Mandalay y otros bares.

Esta es nuestra segunda vez en el Resort Unlimited en Cancún. La primera vez que estuvimos allí fue en diciembre pasado, cuando se inauguró recientemente. El personal (Jesús, Filemón, Exchtel, Winnie y Eunice) fueron increíbles y fueron más allá para asegurarse de que nuestra estancia fuera especial. No se puede obtener una hospitalidad tan consistente en los EE.UU. Ellos están genuinamente felices de proporcionar hospitalidad. De hecho, traté de darle propina a Eunice y ella no aceptó la propina porque dijo que le gustaba ver a la gente feliz y por eso hace lo que hace. El personal de Unlimited Cancún son "sus amigos" por su nombre de pila durante su estadía. Trátalos como ellos te tratan a ti y tendrás una experiencia absolutamente fantástica. Además del personal, recomiendo Ilimitado Cancún para tener un poco de tiempo libre como un escape del ajetreo habitual. Es tranquilo durante el día para descansar junto a la piscina o descansar en la playa. Teníamos un pase de un día en el Hard Rock de al lado y la piscina estaba animada, ruidosa y llena de niños. Usted no tendrá esto en Unlimited Cancun. No me malinterpreten, disfrutamos nuestro día en Hard Rock (que está al lado) pero no podíamos esperar para volver a la serenidad de Cancún. Gracias al personal por hacer nuestra estadía especial y llena de recuerdos.

We visited in January 2013, for a week at this all inclusive property. Service was impeccable. Personalized service by Martin in the dining room. Spa services were mini getaways. Looking forward to our return trip. Room T

Hi my wife and i went to Cancun in April....I have never experienced service of this standard Ever!! We were impressed from we arrived with champaign on arrival with a cold towel to cool us down...This is a fantastic example of a 5* all inclusive hotel...it has got everything to the highest quality from bars to food....the rooms are impressive and very modern...we stayed for 12 nights and went to the olio resturant on 3 occasions as the food was so so good and the staff were excellent...the dragons resturant would have been the least popular for me...the food at the pool side was also very good....and the beef burgers were to die for...we would never get quality beef burgers like that in the uk...the sports bar was good with every posibble sport showing on each screen...the beach was amazing.... I would reccommend this hotel to anyone..It is perfect for a relaxing holiday and once again the staff are amazing...we will definatly return again....but goin to try silversands in june 2014

By far the best hotel in Cancun. Have stayed at at least 15 properties in Hotel Zone... This one is unlike any other:) The service was exceptional. Upgrade to Preferred if you can, you will love the additional features.

The Unlimited Cancun Resort is one of the absolute best resorts we have ever been to..My husband and I travel the world and this resort is right up there with the top 5 stars / palace resorts of the world.. This resort is pure bliss from beginning to end! They have an excellent personnel selection and training process / the staff is truly exceptional, the location is fantastic, the suites and terraces are beautiful and all have an awesome ocean view, the ambiance music they play is great and the relaxation video they play in the room will put you in a state of nirvana.. The resort has a cool zen vibe going on.

You absolutely must stay at the The Unlimited Cancun Resort... My wife and I have visited many, many places in Mexico and this is the best of the best... The most helpful and polite happy staff...ALL OF THEM... The best food... The nicest gym...with great equipment... Excellent exercise classes... Yoga, Spin, etc... VERY Energetic and friendly Entertainment Staff... I cannot say enough... This was like a trip to heaven... ENJOY!!!!

This is one of the best resorts I've stayed at in Cancun/Riviera Maya (of about 15). All rooms are ocean views, no wristbands, tons of beach and pool chairs, and the best buffet food I've experienced at an all-inclusive resort. The piano bar turns into a fun disco at night. The decor is really interesting and the hallways are beautifully lit. The specialty restaurants we tried were all excellent and the wine-tasting was too. Shout-out to the awesome sommelier who gave us some extra tastings because the previous group ran a bit late. The rooms are simply stunning. The only negatives were not enough plugs for our digital age and the bathroom lighting is a bit dark for women "of a certain age". The Hard Rock Cancun is next door, and although we didn't hear any noise from there, some other guests told us they stood on the beach and listened to a concert the weekend before. Bonus! All in all a fabulous resort I can't wait to stay at again.

We had a wonderful stay at Cancun/Riviera Maya last week. Many thanks to our long-time travel agent, Amy McHugh of Dream Makers Vacation Services who booked us into this vacation. We usually vacation twice a year at Sandals resorts throughout the Caribbean but decided to try something different this trip. We booked a preferred club jr suite suite and received a complimentary upgrade to the preferred club honeymoon suite. This room was gorgeous and just as pictured on their website. The balcony was huge and L-shaped with a view of the ocean on one side and the Hard Rock hotel and the bay on the other side. The shower is huge and has 2 rain shower heads. There is privacy glass in the shower and also on the door to the separate toilet room. The room had a separate jacuzzi tub facing the balcony. The king bed was comfortable as well. Service is what made our trip! The employees at Unlimited Cancun were all super-nice and helpful. Never met anyone who wasn't smiling and seeming to enjoy their job. Bartenders were quick to serve you and the roving waiters/waitresses always remembered your drink order. The restaurants were all good with Olio being our favorite with Nebbiolo being our second favorite. The others were good but we enjoyed these more. We tried room service on three occasions and all three times our orders arrived in the time frame expected and were correct. We enjoyed having the mini breakfast buffet on the 21st floor as a quick way to get a bite to eat after going to the gym each morning. We also enjoyed Sea Salt for lunch one day and also enjoyed the self-serve bar near Sea Salt for lunch. There is no way to hungry here. Or thirsty! The bars had great drinks served in the appropriate glass for the style of cocktail. And the lattes and cappacinos were great in the lobby coffee bar. We enjoyed the sports bar and the many televisions to watch during prime sports times. The entertainment team was great and I enjoyed doing water aerobics with Victor most days. There were interesting activities that didn't require too much energy. Something was always going on around the pool deck without any loud advertisements for them (a plus!) It was easy to take part... or not. We didn't spend anytime at the preferred club pool as we wanted a bit more activity. We were at the main pool or the smaller pool by Manatees bar each day. There was one other pool that was behind the Manatees pool that was fairly quiet too. There were always loungers available and lots of umbrellas out. A few times, due to high winds, we had to put our umbrellas down. This was for guest safety reasons and were were eager to comply with the request. The spa was lovely and we had great massages here one afternoon. Watch out for specials from the roving spa concierge or in the daily activities sheet. We had EXCELLENT housekeeping each morning and evening. Our room was usually clean before 9-10 a.m. and turndown came after 7:30 pm or so once we left the room to go to dinner. Our mini-bar was always full and serviced during the day as well. We really enjoyed the Pringles and M&Ms snacks each day in our mini-bar. We also enjoyed the daily activities sheet that came at turndown so that we could plan out our next day's adventures. This sheet also lists the restaurants that are open that next day along with a reminder on the dress code for each of them. Spa specials, excursions, birthday, anniversary and wedding wishes were also on the sheet. All in all, we had a wonderful vacation and were glad we got out of our usual routine and tried something new. We'll definitely be back.

My husband and I visited this resort last week and it exceeded our expectations. (We are both in our mid 30's) Yes there was a convention going on and a tent was up on the beach but it did not take away from our experience ( it was up the day we arrived only). The staff was very welcoming, friendly & attentive from the moment we arrived. Alberto handled our bags and every time he saw us he always asked if we needed anything, he always remembered our names. Every staff member we encountered went above and beyond. The food was phenomenal for the most part ( I usually love Asian cuisine, but I didn't find it that great) We we're in the preferred area, the suite was gorgeous & the private pool as well. The room service was great, 2 visits per day. We had massage service in the spa, it was a nice experience, nothing out if this world. I do agree with the reviews about the lack of activities in the evening, this resort is not the place to go wild and party most people leave the resort for that. It's perfect for one on one quality time & romance. We want to visit again & will recommend it to friends.

Room: We upgrade to junior suite - we were there for 2 weeks so really made the most of the extra space and wardrobes! The balcony was amazing. We were overlooking the Hard Rock and the views were incredible. But to be able to relax on the balcony was perfect - the furniture on the balcony is lovely and comfortable. Food: yum. plenty of choice as well - the buffet was delicious all the time, never let us down. We tended to eat dinner around 6:30 - 7:30 and never ran into delays getting seated. I did see Qs forming around 8pm though so these can be avoided by dining earlier. Entertainment: the entertainment team were great - very chatty and engaging with visitors. Pools: beautiful, plenty of choice. we upgraded ot preferred so had access to the pool upstairs as well. not sure i'd do it again as the 3 pools downstairs are perfectly fine and we never struggled to find something to relax for the day - there are plenty of quiet spaces around plus you have the beach! Best bits: Hotel vibe: the atmosphere is great and the team at the hotel make every feel welcome and comfortable. Entertainment team are great but throughout the hotel the housekeeping, concierge and restaurant staff were all great. coffee bar: the team at the coffee bar are amazing - they were so welcoming and friendly and made great coffees. Food: i thought the food was great, got to try lots of new stuff from the buffet but from the italian and asian restaurants as well. The Asian cuisine was definitely the best. We were there for 2 weeks and it wasn't enough time to try half of what was on offer. Chef parade: This is a great touch at lunch time when the kitchen team come out with nibbles around the pool, always looked forward to this!

I only have good things to say about this resort. The staff are all extreemely freindly and very high standard of service. The room is very comfortable and been an all inclusive resort, what more could you get from a resort!! The restaurants were aesthetically pleasing and the food was amazing. The drinks were always flowing and it was a very clean hotel. We were so pleased we will be returning

We stayed 7 nights at this resort. We had such a GREAT time. The customer service was awesome and the food was much better than any we have had at all inclusive in Mexico. We especially loved the 1pm Chef's parade. We were also pleasantly surprised at all of the indoor activities they provided when it rained. We would HIGHLY recommend this hotel!! Our only complaint is the pillows were too soft....if that is the worst thing I think they are doing pretty good! Can't wait to go back!!!

My Husband and I have just returned from our first experience in Cancun. It was a truly fantastic experience, we loved every moment of our stay. The Hotel, food and especially the staff were wonderful. The hotel was spotless and the staff right from the top to the cleaning staff couldn't have done more to please.We would without a doubt recommend this resort to anyone.

Just got back from a 10 day trip to this resort, we went as a family and it was my first time to Mexico, i have to say i have never been anywhere so beautiful in my life. The hotel was spectacular and the food just kept on coming. The staff could not do enough for us and seemed happy to do so. Rooms were spotless and the maid services and turn down services were immaculate. We particulary enjoyed the company of Kendall Maccagnan who was so friendly and bubbly she had us laughing all the time. I would definately return to this hotel (tomorrow if i could). I would recommend this hotel to anyone (its an adult only hotel) totally restful holiday, in beautiful surroundings, idyllic beach right on the edge of your hotel, totally amazing, cant wait to go back.

First off I am a travel agent. I have been to several resorts all over the Caribbean and Mexico and this property actually made my jaw dropped when I walked in. The rooms are amazing... No matter which room you choose I would suggest paying the additional cost to upgrade to the preferred club... gives you extra perks as far as private pool, lounge, and more. The spa was amazing.... I got a neck, shoulders, and back massage and I felt so good when it was over. The restaurants were great. The Italian restaurant was my favorite... and if you go ask if Jimmy can be your waiter... Amazing service...better then any restaurant in the town I live in. Room service was great also... Nice to be able to eat breakfast in your room while getting ready to head to pool or beach. The main pool area is great with lots of seating.. towels are easy to find... and servers all around to bring you a mango tango or mudslide :) Entertainment- There is a man named Sunday who is one of the entertainment guys.. he is so nice and so well spoken he is a pleasure to talk to even if you do not feel like doing activities. The give you a schedule each day of things going on at the resort so you can stay as busy as you like or just do your own thing. I will hopefully be back one day...

We experienced an overwhelming stay at the Resort in Cancun. As soon as we entered the resort people took care of us in every way possible to make us feel welcome and at ease in such a beautiful and luxurious place. I'm out of adjectives to express my gratitude towards the staff of the resort. The environment, the pools, the restaurants, the facilities, the service, everything was perfect. I'd go back right away if I could, but i'm sure it won't be too long before we all repeat this marvelous trip. Thanks for everything again.

More than we expected, the installations were excelent, the pool, the food, we had a great view from our room and the people who work there, are the best on what they do, we strongly recommend this hotel if you want to have the best relax/honeymoon/vacations experience ever =)

This resort was glamorous and classy- everything from the Lobby to the Bedrooms. It was a perfect destination for our Honeymoon. There wasn't a lot of "in-resort-partying" which kept it intimate for us. The Romantic Beach Dinner was out-of-this-world! The food was exceptional, and service very friendly. Highly recommend this resort for couples looking to relax in style.

We recently stayed in Cancun. We were very impressed with the feel of the resort and the fact that there were 7 ala carte restaurants which did not require reservations. We felt that the "preferred level" was well worth it for the private pool area and top-shelf drinks in the lounge; however the other pools were nicely active, but not crowded. The spa and the meals were amazing. The staff truly was exceptional --both Kendall and Kara (entertainment staff) went out of their way to make our stay a true experience! We highly recommend this resort if you want to be pampered.

We stayed 11/15-11/22 and the weather was amazing. If you want to go to a hotel with great food, exceptional service, a beautiful view, this is the place. We upgraded to the preferred club and are glad we did. Overview of restaurants: Dragons: Loved it! Dined here twice and the second time was after the kitchen tour where we met Chef William. Chef, you are fantastic! BlueWater: Ate here on our first night and it was great. Market Caf: We ate lunch here our first day and it was good food. There isn't a particular reason we did not eat here again we just had other favorites. Nebiollo: Ate here for dinner and loved the antipasto bar. Sea Salt Grill: This was one of our favorites. The food was great, but the experience made it very memorable. We opted to purchase a bottle of wine which allowed us to dine overlooking the beach. It was well worth buying the bottle of wine. Olio: We had lunch here several times and it was great. The Vine Baazar - Caf: Several times a day we visited the caf to grab a frozen coffee or pastry. Loved this place. We also participated in wine tastings and had a great time. The majority of our time was spent on the beach and on the 12th floor preferred club pool. Little things to remember: bring lots of sunscreen with you - to purchase a bottle in the gift shop it is around $27-$27 US DOLLARS... Bring goggles. The water is so clear and beautiful my husband wished he had brought some goggles. The waves on the beach were a lot of fun, they can be strong, but there is always a lifeguard on duty. Overall, this was an absolutely magical trip and we cannot wait to go back!
