"A Secret in Huatulco"
My wife and I were looking for somewhere special for our 25th wedding anniversary, and man did my wife find it. This was our first experience at an all-inclusive and Ultra Adult Luxury Huatulco did not disappoint us. Everything from the cool wash cloths when we arrived until the day we had to leave was tremendous. Staff was extremely nice, bar tenders were fun and the food was great.
Our room was spectacular, very clean, and the view was unbelievable. We tell everyone about this place. I am one that does not want to return to the same place for a vacation as I think there are too many places to see and visit, but I have changed my mind and we are returning in January 2014! If you like being treated like royalty, and are sick of the cruise boat scene, this is the place for you.
"Would Like Keep This Gem"
There are all kinds of secrets we discovered during our week (Dec 27/13 - Jan 3/14 at this outstanding all-inclusive 18+ resort. The facilities are spotless and level of friendly service superb. The a la carte restaurants provide great food, attentive service, and aren't crowded (and, except for Spice, no reservations needed). Bordeaux's Chateaubriand in particular was excellent. The pool is very clean and lounge chairs always available. Chairs with umbrellas overhead are at a premium because there's always sunshine. Come to think of it, there was one cloud one day. The spa is beautiful and set on a rise above the resort . Start with a dry sauna, shower, steam room, shower, and then 3 hydro therapy stations. Finish with a massage while overlooking beautiful Bahia de Conejos with dramatic rock outcroppings. The beach is about 500m long with ~30 m of fine-course clean sand above the waterline. Bar service is quick and the bartenders are friendly. Have Armando or Saul at the Marlin Pool Bar pour you a Bob Marley, Avalanche, or Rainbow. Maybe a Tequila Boom-Boom? Bud Light & Budweiser are available in cans. Crown Royal, Jack Daniels, Grey Goose, & Don Julio are on the bar. Don't miss Daniel's Tequila Tasting session on Friday morning. And when Miguel cries out "Everyone Pee in the Pool!" or "Everyone Get Naked", don't -- he's just kidding! Overall a great place to spend a week with our 20-something daughter and son and their partners. The New Year's Eve party was well done and a definite surprise & delight. Really hope we can make it back again.
"Very good place with everything included"
The hotel was generally fantastic. The rooms are very well distributed and everything is new. The staff is extremely friendly. The hotel has several restaurants to choose from and the food is very good in each of them.
"Perfection"
We are eagerly awaiting our February trip to Hualtulco. We stayed for 2 weeks in February, 2012 and again two weeks in May. Since this will be our 3rd visit in little over a year you can tell we love this resort! My husband is wheelchair bound but we have not let that hamper our world travels, but after staying at Huatulco and having such wonderful food, drinks and service we will keep returning. Ernesto Rosa and Israel were so amazing as waiters at French restaurant. Their outstanding service and the delicious food made each visit a dinner to remember. The chef there even prepared a special dish for us. Matilde at CoCo's gave me a big smile, a wonderful cappuccino and a Spanish lesson every morning. Edgar Agustin Gomez Bernal helped us in so many ways.. If you want a balcony in every room, an immaculate hotel, amazing food service and drinks, then visit Ultra Adult Luxury Huatulco. Oh yes, don't miss out on the best margaritas we have had in the lobby bar. Enjoy!
"Ultra Adult Luxury Huatulco...keeps getting better"
We were at Ultra Adult Luxury Huatulco Dec 14-21, 2103. It was our 3rd time to this resort. Were generally not in the habit of going back the same resort, but you cant beat the weather in Huatulco is the best AI there. We visited when the resort first opened Dec 2011, again in March 2012 and each time the resort was better than the last time. The weather was 37-38 degrees with clear blue skies every day! We travelled with Air Canada vacationswhich we would NOT do againterrible flightcramped & poor service. But the Air Canada rep at the hotel, Oziris, is an amazing young man. He speaks 3 languages, and is always available with a smile and helpful advice.
Hotel/Rooms/Check-in: We stayed in building 1, top floor. Great view of the beach & ocean, but can`t see the pool area of resort from this view. (We were in the top floor of building 3 beforegreat views of everything.) The rooms are still beautiful. They were cleaned daily, with turn down 6 of 7 nights. The hotel was beautifully decorated for Christmas. Guests seemed to really enjoy their swim out rooms. Those with Jacuzzis were not happy due to the lack of privacy, and one couple said the water was cold. Theyve got the check-in down to a science. Youre greeted with a cool towel, sparkling wine and in your room in 15 minutes.
Beach/Pools: The beach has changed shape after a storm hit the area last year. The beach is wider with a hill going down to the ocean. The ocean drops off steeply. The water was calmer than last time we were there. Some tow and waves, but not as strong as last time. Lots of palapas & lounges on the beach. Some people still reserve early in the morning, but if the lounges are vacant for a while the staff remove the towels. If they run out of palapas the staff provide umbrellas. The Hobie cats and kayaks are still in great shape. The guys who work at the equipment shack are amazing & work very hard. We don`t use the pools, but noticed there are more umbrellas & lounges than before. The hotel has removed the floats, so bring your own if you want one.
Restaurants/bars: This is the area of the hotel that has consistently improved the most. We never waited for a table, service was always good. Tamarindo (Mexican) has incredible regional food. Juan does everything he can to make sure your meal is fabulous. Bordeaux was excellent, especially the escargot & duck. We ate in Cin Cin twice; once reserving the wine room for a special occasion. To do so you must buy a bottle of wine for at least US$100. We asked the matre d to order for us & it was indeed special. Oceana was good, but still too much mahi mahi as catch of the day! People really enjoy Barefoot Caf for lunch, and we did stop by once for a burger, but prefer the menu & view at Castaways. We tried the tappanyaki table at Spice as the reviews were amazing. We ate at the Market Caf only for breakfast. The selection was good, and food was replenished when it ran out. Love the fruit. Excellent cappuccino, espresso & snacks at CoCo Caf. We occasionally had a problem with watered down martinis at the main bars before dinner. But if we ordered drinks in the restaurant, they were always excellent. Bars occasionally ran out of top notch liquor.
Entertainment: Occasionally went to the shows. Theyre pretty much the same at all the resorts. The Entertainment Team works very hard & puts in long hours every day. Yoga on the beach with Ishmeal is truly hot yoga!
Excursions: We read about Adelino on Trip Advisor and pre-booked a day of touring with him: Pochutla on market day (Monday), Mazunte to the make-up factory, Porto Angel, Ventanilla to the ecological park, and a quick drive through La Crucecita to pick up tequila at Super Che! The highlight of the day was seeing the crocs, turtles, iguana, birds and so much more at Ventanilla. Our guide there was Sergio, a young man dedicated to preserving the environment and wildlife. Adelino is an excellent guide and I would highly recommend him and the tour we did. (

We also walked to Playa La Bocana. We visit this beach every time we go to Huatulco. They had quite a bit of damage from the storm. Im posting some before & after pictures on a blog about Bocana. The highlight of going to Bocaca is a Zapotecas mud bath by the local ladies. They charge 100 pesosquite a bit less than the spa. The women are simply delightful & its highly recommended.
Another excellent vacation at Huatulco. Theyve polished the hotel, restaurants & staff. Congratulations! I understand construction of a Riu is slated to begin this year at the beach next door. Not looking forward to the noise and the changes it will bring. Guess its the price of success.
"Everything was perfect"
I visited the resort between Christmas and new years for a 7 day stay. I had a junior suite. The room had two very comfortable double beds. The room was very clean and maid service visited twice a day to keep things clean and fresh. The toilet and shower areas are only behind glass doors so there are no secrets. The TV had a great selection of channels but most was only in Spanish. The Playboy channel is included at no extra cost. The in room fridge was small but kept full with a few beers, pops and botles of water.
The 5 ala cart resturants were good. No reservations were required unless you wanted to sit at one of the tebanyaki tables in the Japanese resturaunts. There were two spots for breakfast but both had the same selection. For lunch they have the buffet, the pool side BBQ, or Castaways restaurant with waiter service and a salad bar. I highly recommend the longer walk to Castaways, its worth the trip.
The staff was amazingly helpful and cooperative. I spent a great deal of time at the pool participating in every activity available. Andrea went out of her way to keep me involved in all the activities and Danielle and Mickey did a great job running water volley ball and aqua aerobics.
All the pool side bartenders got to know what I liked and were already mixing it as I walked up. When I got lazy the pool side waiters were only too happy to fetch a refill for me.
In our connected age I was disappointed in how poor the WIFI coverage was. They seemed to have access points named after every building; giving you the impression that there was coverage everywhere, but it was hard to find a good signal anywhere. The general consensus was head to the sky bar, if you wanted to get service. And there you were lucky if you got two bars.
I am used to having a late night snack but there was nothing really offered after 10 unless you went to your room and ordered room service. This was probably a good thing for my waistline anyway.
I had a great week here and would highly recommend it.
"Guaranteed sun and relaxation"
This hotel is situated on its own bay. With it being adults only, it is relaxing and peaceful. All areas are very clean and modern. There was never an issue of finding a chair or having to reserve for dinner. During Christmas, we didn't have to wait to get into any restaurants. The spa is a definite highlight, with hydrotherapy added to any massage for free. A true spa experience! Each day was full of sunshine and heat. The gym has a great view, but very small, and warm. The staff are so friendly and looking to provide the best service. Highly recommend
"Senic and serene"
This was our second visit to Ultra Adult Luxury Huatulco. We love it here so it is easier for us to say what it isn't.
It is not party central.
If you plan on whooping it up and party hard, go somewhere else.
Secrets is a classy resort and offers their guests a restful and relaxing vacation. Staff is absolutely top notch. Many of them remembered us from the previous year!!! Food was awesome. A big improvement from last year. Rooms are amazing.
Don't be afraid to take a cab and adventure off the resort.
Can't wait to go back.
"Total Relaxation"
Spent 7 days there, end of Nov. 2013. Beautiful resort, nothing lacking in amenities. Major incline to property, but elevator access to all areas, but you have to ensure you are on correct one. Food was excellent in all restaurants, including buffet. They had a few tables set up outside each ala carte where you could dine with casual dress. Great idea! More should do this! Just remember that you do forgo the air conditioning to do this.Staff goes above and beyond to please, but language barriers are common. Played a lot of charades, but didn't mind, you are in a foreign country!
It was 97 degrees F every day. Try to get just to the right of the snack bar, and you are good for most of the day.
Resort is isolated. It is a 40 minute walk to the Dreams resort, but get this, you cannot use their facilities during the day. Evenings only. If you want to go into town, wait til later in day when sun is going down.
One thing you must do is go to the Sky Bar and watch the sun rise up in the morning from the ocean. Breathtaking!!!
"Just Gets Better and Better"
This was our third- 2 week Vacation to Huatulco and its just gets better each time. Our first trip was the week the resort opened and we were so impressed it has become an annual trip. This year we arrived via Air Transat from Calgary. It was a good flight - we had originally booked with Sun Wing and at the last minute they tried to fly us via Winnipeg. (Thankfully we have a great travel agent who was able to cancel our Sunwing and move us to Air Transit.)
When we arrived the weather was absolutely beautiful as usual for this area. We were met by the hotel staff, most have been there from the opening, and they treated us like we were family. They bent over backwards to accommodate us throughout our stay.
Food and service at all the restaurants was excellent (we ate as some 2 -3 times during our stay).
This is a vacation that we look forward to every year and look forward to returning to Huatulco again next year to enjoy the resorts exceptional standards and staff who always make our stay fun, safe and enjoyable. We want to personally thank Louis and Alberto as well as the entire restaurant, bar, activity and housekeeping staff for a great experience.
See you next year:)
"Just Fabulous"
I will start off by saying that the Huatulco area is a diamond in the rough. They are taking their time (slower that the Mexican norm) and attempting to preserve the natural beauty of the area.
Just returned from Huatulco Resort and Spa...
Every room on this property has a view of the ocean and I believe the rooms are all contemporary modern with hints of local Mexican theme. A unique feature of this hotel is that you can slide two panels of the glass panel patio door 'Open' which opens your room to the patio. Our room had very good Wi-Fi reception, but others complained about lack of access in their rooms.
As for the staff, I can't say enough - they were extremely friendly and the service was nothing short of exceptional. All staff were eager to please, always had a smile on their face and I will say it again - extremely friendly...
I am not a big spa guy, but my wife and I had a some Spa Treatment (Couples Pedicure) and she had a facial - treated very well and a beautiful facility perched high overlooking the bay.
We opted for the 'Preferred Club' upgrade and felt it was worthwhile - helped speed up the check in process, the 'Preferred Club' lounge offers computers and internet access (if you don't bring your own tablet) and is very well stocked with food choices and a bar (cold Corona in the bar fridge).
As for the down side - they are few - I don't think we would book a Jacuzzi Suite again and I don't think they were popular - with the Junior Suite Jacuzzi, the Jacuzzi on the patio takes up about half the patio and the room comes with a Jacuzzi in the room as well.
I think when we go again, we will probably opt for the Junior Suite Swim Out and put in a special request for building #5.
The beach is excellent and great for swimming. You are able to walk in gradually, although it is rougher and rockier on the one side of the bay - the other side of the bay has a coral reef that you can snorkel over - nice marine life.
"Absolutely Outstanding"
This adult only resort is only 2 years old. All rooms have an ocean view . The amount of restaurants offered based on the size of the resort is superb . Lots of choices, there is a Mexican, Italian, French, Japanese, seafood and a buffet restaurant. Loved the variety. Hotel staff will go over and above to accommodate you. On the beach, talk to Gilbert he owns a boat named Miriam, he is the nicest and most trusting guide. He took my husband and I on a boat tour of the bays and was very insightful and his prices are very reasonable. A must if you want to see more than the resort. Hotel staff will ask you and the guide before you leave the beach your room number for precautionary reasons . This is a great destination for people who want to relax.
I wish there was a direct flight to Huatulco from Ottawa I would return every year.
"Late review"
Stayed at this resort Dec 2012 and really enjoyed it. Staff, food and rooms were all great. Went last minute and got a great deal. They have a great system for chair reservations around the pool. Towels are removed from chairs after about 30 minutes. Fresh towels are available in numerous baskets around the pools. Always chairs available
"Simply the best resort we've ever stayed at!"
This was our 7th visit to an all-inclusive resort in Mexico and our first visit to the Huatulco area. This was hands down the best place we've ever stayed at. Maybe not the fanciest, but with first class service all the way this resort is unbeatable. The staff was so accommodating and the ambience was totally stress free. There are no reservations required for the restaurants (with the exception of the Japanese show cooking) and all restaurants offer outdoor dining options if you prefer to not to dress up. The beach is amazing! This is the nicest beach of any resort we've ever stayed at. Your room fridge is stocked every day and room service is more than happy to replenish it if you have the need. The food was great, not the overwhelming selection and artistic butter displays (who really cares about that anyway...) but everything you could want. This resort earned every star of my 5 star rating and I would highly recommend it.
"Wonderful vacation! Can't wait to go back!"
After reading many of the reviews on this site, most of what I wanted to say about Ultra Adult Luxury Huatulco has already been said. It was our third resort in as many years and we liked them all but this was our favorite. The views are amazing, the food is good and the employees are wonderful. My favorite was Sophia in the Market Cafe who remembered us after the first day and went over and above to get us whatever we desired. I hope the management at the resort realizes how lucky they are to have her as she made a huge impression on our group and I'm sure many others.
The highlight of the trip was a boat trip with Valentino, who you can recognize on the beach as he walks around with a frisbee when he is around. He showed us the bays, dolphins swam with us, we saw many sea turtles and he even brought one in the boat for a photo op and then put it right back, all within about a minute. It was amazing! He also cast a line out and caught a Bonita and had me reel it in. Quite the experience. After that, we went snorkeling and saw tons of beautiful fish before he took us back to the resort. Had we wanted to, he would have taken us to the flea market but we had already done that, he returned us to the resort. The trip took approximately 4-1/2 hours and included our choice of beer plus bottled water. An extreme bargain for the $50 per person fee. If you are going to Secrets, I would recommend emailing him at
[email protected] to reserve a spot for either this tour or a fishing trip as he is really in demand and you won't want to miss out. We are already planning our return trip and will surely look him up again!
"Well worth writing about"
I have never written a review on any of the resorts we have been to but this place deserves recognition. My wife and I just returned from a week stay and I do not have a bad thing to say about it. We had a swim up room in building 1 and after checking out the amazing room, opening the balcony door was "oh my god', what an amazing view. All the restuarants were exceptional and it was so nice not to need reservations. Our first time to Hautulco and are looking forward to a return to this Resort.
"As close to a 5 as you can get in Mexico"
We just returned from this resort 2 days ago. This resort was beautiful! It is almost brand new which helps it get a 5 of 5.
It is an adults only resort in a private bay. The rooms are modern and comfortable, with a fridge stocked with beer, water and pop. There is a beautiful rainshower in the bathroom along with a jetted tub. All rooms are ocean front and although we did not have a swim up room, we wish we had.
The resort was clean. The food was good. You don't need to make reservations for the a la carte, which is awesome! We required a little persistence to get the high end alcohol. In my opinion, if they really want this to stand out as a high end resort, they should just automatically offer it.
It was very easy to get water at this resort, which I liked. You just had to ask at the bars and they would give you bottles.
The staff was excellent, but service was lacking around the pool.
There is a rule at the pool that you are not to save deck chairs and to use headphones, which it would be great if they enforced this. People were still rude about deck chair saving and there was 3 incidents where people were trying to play music out loud at the pool. There was one staff member who did an excellent job at taking care of her side of people at the pool for drinks, while our side had no one coming around.
I had a massage at the spa and would HIGHLY recommend this. I waited until there was a deal at the spa, which is advertised daily, and for a 3 hour treatment it was $111. You get a free hour hydro therapy session before the actual massage. It was an excellent massage and very relaxing! A must do! Staff was great.
Check in staff and concierge were excellent!
I also did the beach yoga class. I do yoga in Canada and found the class to be pretty great and enjoyed it!
"Repeat visitor"
Overall an outstanding resort with good value. We find it an excellent location for early winter travel. Predictable weather, great people, Second visit now and is looking like a regular stop every year. Food selection was always adequate for all tastes at the buffets. Castaways offers great options for casual dining close to beach and pool areas as well as the pool area grill. Pool bar waiters are second to none. Chose the swim out room at the lower pool level this visit which we much preferred to the jacuzzi suite. The 24hr room service with the " secrets box " delivery option were excellent. The weak points are the lack of seating area and usually poor waiter service at the Sky Bar and a poorer quality of entertainment than other mainstream destinations in Mexico. Also does not provide much distance for beach walking because of the secluded bay location. Swimming in the ocean is poor because of undertow. The weak points however are not a reason to not come back. Best all inclusive resort in Huatulco.
"Wonderful resort"
Had a great time at Huatulco. The service was excellent. The private beach was the highlight, followed closely by being able to eat at any restaurant whenever we wanted. A la carte spots were fantastic, as was castaways for lunch. Rooms were beautiful, loved the rain shower, and room service 24 hrs a day.
My only complaint is that management retook the towel service. Yes having clean towels available daily at each pool and beach path is very convenient and desirable. But we have noticed it leads to pool and beach loungers being taken up in a greedy manner. People often leave there towels on the limited space available when are finished. Other guests could be using these loungers but assume they are taken. The beach needs more pampalas/umbrellas for the size of the place. The towel issue caused much abuse of the limited space. Is the towel exchange program used at most other resorts was initiated guests would be much happier with this resort. Is this not 18+ ? Saw lots of younger teens there with their parents?
Other than that we loved the place and will return
"Peacefull and Beautifull"
My Wife and i have the privilege to stay at this place the last week, we have an outstanding vacation time. First of all, we arrive at a beautiful airport and our transport to the hotel was fun and fast. When we arrive at the hotel there was a nice bunch of nice people to help us to get our rooms, it was fast and warm.
Our room was fantastic, the view was simply wonderful, we wake up every day with the most beautiful sea view i ever see.
The food was good, simple, but good, no complains about it. There are a couple of restaurants in the middle of the hotel and we have the chance to eat in every one of them, it was good.
At morning we went to the beach and have nice sun baits and the pool was fantastic, the entertainment team drive us to some sports and games it was nice.
At the second night we went to town for some dinner and when we came back there was some live music at the main bar, we came up a little bit late and could hear for only 20 minutes of music that day.
We went at the next day to a bays tour it was very funny and my wife and i have some nice drinks on the boat
at night we watched the show at the theatre and they were very good. for the next day some folks recommend us to stay at the bar to see the live music, it was fantastic, there was a guy with a guitar who played so beautifully, my wife and i dance many of their songs and everybody was singing and laughing with him. That was the best entertainment night for the whole trip.
The rest of the nights there was other people playing live at the bar, they were nice, except for the jazz couple. They were boring.
The last day, I got dizzy after the whole morning at the sun, so we stay at the room most the afternoon but we rest and have a fantastic trip.
I thank you all for the great vacation i just have, Cant wait to return in February.
"Impressive resort - worth a repeat visit!"
We loved most everything about this place. Huatulco is so nice and hot, no need for long sleeves at all. The service and rooms are set up so nicely for couples. The restaurants were really good and the fact that you don't need to reserve or have limited number of meals in one place is nice. The servers are all really friendly too!
We didn't like the location of the evening entertainment (indoors, in a large hall) and the one show we did watch for a few minutes did seem...well, quite cheesy. But we weren't there for that anyway. They could have had more of a variety of music / dancing throughout the resort but we still had an amazing time.
The pools are simply fantastic and the spa service was wonderful. Definitely rate this as the best resort we've been to and want to go back someday!
"OUTSTANDING!!"
This is a 6 star hotel! The facilities and food were great. There was absolutely nothing to complain about and this was the very best 5 star all-inclusive we have ever been to (we have been to 8 of them in the past 5 years).
Special thanks to Sofia in the Market Cafe for starting our day out with a wonderful friendly greeting---she's not only highly efficient but is also a ray of sunshine and I hope management appreciate her. We were on the 3rd floor in Room 6318 and our petite maid, Ophelia, greeted us with a big smile when we arrived, did the same throughout the week and was there to say goodbye to us when we left. What a sweet person. Friendly staff are of utmost importance to a resort.
Everything wonderful that has been said is true so I won't repeat it all. They do need more palapas or umbrellas though since shade is hard to come by.
Travel to Huatulco and see for yourself what you have been missing!
"Can't Wait to Return"
We loved this resort. The weather was fantastic - hot, humid and sunny. All resort staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Big smiles all the time. We loved the variety of restaurants. The Marketplace was perfect for breakfast - anything you could want, they had. The coffee is so good. Be sure to buy some to take home. For dinners we went to Oceana (great coconut shrimp), Spice - worth having to make reservations, but the regular menu was also fantastic. Bordeaux was exceptional. The Chateaubriand was excellent as was the veal dish. We ordered and paid for higher end red wine (choices were excellent) as the red wine included was not very good. As for the white wine - the Sauvignon Blanc/Semillon blend was the best. Had a few nice lunches at Castaways as well. The pools are just amazing. Big, beautifully designed, lots of chairs and umbrellas. The swim up bar, bar service and Barefoot Grill were awesome. We loved our room (Junior Suite) and used the ceiling fan rather than the A/C. It was very comfortable. The rain shower head is so nice. Tipping is optional - but we did tip the maids making up our room - leave the money on the pillow. If you get exceptional service a few dollars is very appreciated. The staff works very hard. The spa was so nice - we were very pampered and took advantage of the hydro-therapy pool before our massage. We got a good spa deal because we went to the presentation. Not a bad membership deal, just not for us. But well worth the time for the great spa we got to enjoy. The gym could use some improvement. Two of the three treadmills were not working and it is very small and not very well equipped. Not a big deal - but it could be improved on. We went on one excursion - The Safari and although we had a great time - it wasn't really worth what we paid. The jeep was called a Safari and we drove it on the main road then just off road for a bit to a private beach. Nothing spectacular. The highlight was lunch - we went to a restaurant that was a family home. They cooked what they caught and everything was homemade. Great food and the kids were a treat. Our guide was a great guy - just not what we thought it would be. Be sure to ask for details on your excursion. We got up early and took pictures of the sunrise. Really something to see - quite spectacular. It's a quiet, low key resort - which was perfect for us. Next time we go we will consider going with a group of friends. But we met some great people and enjoyed a few dinners and our excursion with some great new people. Another highlight for us was going into town - Crucecita for their fireworks celebration for the Virgin of Guadelupe. Not to be missed.
"First Class"
Another lovely stay. Very nice, relaxing vacation.
Smoking hot, beautiful blue skies.
Service and the people keep us coming back. Food is great, drinks are top shelf. The views are picturesque, the pools are beautiful. There are no towel cards or bracelets or any worries of any kind. There are plenty of lounge chairs, so the "chair reservation game" is not an issue, however the staff will remove towels from the chairs if they find the chair has not been used in a while.
The umbrellas around the pool deck are still an issue when the wind picks up....because so do they! Multiple issues of umbrellas sailing away, very surprised nobody has been seriously hurt by this. This was an issue on a previous stay as well.
Special thanks to Alan, (food & beverage assistant manager) who is awesome, always making sure that everything is perfect for your entire stay. I cannot say enough about how hard he works. His effort should not go unnoticed.
At the Market Caf, for breakfast & lunch the staff are working tirelessly, serving, cleaning your table, etc. always with a smile. Sofia, in the Market Caf is a standout.
French restaurant was really good and so was the service. (Thanks, to Eden, and Jose Louis)
We will be returning here again very soon. The whole resort is wonderful.
