(for Mexican participants, the promotion includes 2 adults and 2 children of age 12 or less). Besides meeting the qualifications and attending the 90-minute resort preview, there are no other obligations. Primary Travelers must meet the Resort`s Qualifications below:

Group Travel
Group travel is permitted under this promotion. The Resort will honor only up to TWO promotional packages per qualified family, friends, acquaintances or known groups to be traveling with the same, similar and/or adjoining arrival and departure dates. An extra room may be purchased for additional family members and/or friends at a discounted rate; but again, only TWO qualified parties will receive the promotional package price or your package will be voided.
Failure to comply with the Group Travel restriction, circumventing this restriction, or misrepresenting your intended itinerary are all violations of the Terms and Conditions.
Violation of the Group Travel restriction will result in one of the following:
Customer will be charged the full rack rate per night, plus monies previously paid and/or owing.
Your reservation will be moved to another comparable resort, if available.
Cancellation of your reservation dates.

Credit Card
GUESTS WITHOUT A VALID CREDIT CARD WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO CHECK IN TO THE RESORT UPON ARRIVAL.
Qualified customer/s Must bring with them to the Presentation a Major Credit Card VISA, MASTERCARD or AMERICAN EXPRESS are accepted (No Debit Cards, Check Cards, Company Cards or Discover Cards).
The qualifying person(s) MUST be the credit card holder. Expired credit cards DO NOT QUALIFY. Mexican participants must have and bring with them two (2) major valid credit cards and one (1) of them must be a "Gold" or "Platinum" card.

Presentation
Attendance to a 90 minute vacation ownership presentation at Krystal Puerto Vallarta is required.
You are not eligible if you have previously attended presentation at the Krystal Puerto Vallara.

Age
Married or cohabitating couples - BOTH participants person must be between the ages of 30 and 70.
Gay couples both between the ages of 30 - 70 with Matching I.D.s
If legally Single Women 32-60 old with annual income of $ 45,000.00 USD or greater. If bringing a guest it MUST be a family member ONLY and the all inclusive promotional package is good 4 nights / 5 days. For Mexican participants, both must be between the age of 40 and 60 years.

Income
Minimum $45,000 USD Annual Income/50,000 Mexican pesos monthly (singles must meet this qualification on their own, combined income for married couples).
Must be employed full time - part time employment does not qualify.
Must not be a full time student.
Participants who are retired do not qualify for this promotion.

Language
Both qualified participants must fluently speak, read and understand either English or Spanish.

Identification
At least one participant must have US/Canadian passport.
The qualified person must present a major credit card and government-issued photo ID at the tour reception desk.
Married or cohabitating couples must bring with them proof of such (Government issued picture ID with matching addresses, and/or marriage certificate).

Marital Status
Offer is valid for married, cohabitating, same-sex couples, and legally single women
All guests must attend the presentation, including all persons in the reservation(s).

Countries
Offer is valid only for residents of the United States, Canada, Mexico, and Latin America who meet all other qualifications. At least on participant MUST have valid US/Canadian/Latin American passport.If other participant does not have US/Canadian/Latin American passport must have Valid US/Canadian/Latin American government-issued ID with Green Card.
Participants from Jalisco, Mexico are not eligible for this promotion. Quebec, Canada residents do not qualify.
Residents from Puerto Rico and Quebec are not eligible for this promotion.

Welcome Call
To complete the confirmation process, you will need to complete the Resort`s Welcome Call in order get your flight information and review the terms and conditions.

Confirmation Process
You will be receiving a formal confirmation delivered to your email within 3 to 7 business days depending on the season as the resort partner needs to verify and process your terms and conditions acknowledgment. The resort needs to verify each reservation as the resort is paying the cost of your discounted vacation.

Resort Fees
There will be a $19.95 per night Gratuity Fee paid at check-in. This fee includes unlimited food and alcohol as well as use of resort amenities.

Additional Terms
Participants that have attended any other resort preview in the past 12 months are not eligible for this promotion.
For Mexican participants, the promotion includes 4 nights/5 days.
This offer is not available to travel agents, airline, military, hospitality, or vacation ownership industry employees.
This offer may not be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer or for use with another vacation ownership week. Also, this offer is not available to current Resort Vacation Club Members, or to guests who have vacationed with Resort Vacation Club in the past and attended the resort developer sales preview.

Rescheduling Policy
You are welcome to reschedule or make changes to your reservation without a penalty if change request is received at least 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival. Any changes made within 7 days of your scheduled arrival may incur a $100 dollar fee. You have 12 months to use your vacation package. All change requests are based solely on hotel room availability.
