This package promotion includes all meals, drinks, and non-motorized activities. The discounted package price is for 2 adults and 2 children 12 and under. Besides meeting the qualifications and attending the 120-minute resort preview, there are no other obligations. Primary Travelers must meet the Resort`s Qualifications below:

Group Travel
Group travel is permitted under this promotion ONLY for two qualified couples that are friends and NOT related.
Families traveling together (parents/kids) that require a second room will need to pay for additional room if needed.
Family relations: siblings & cousins that are married traveling with spouse, no extra charge for the second room for reservations with check-in dates on or before September 30, 2020.
Single women are not eligible for Group Travel.
Violation of the Group Travel restriction will result in one of the following:
Customer will be charged the full rack rate per night, plus monies previously paid and/or owing.
Your reservation will be moved to another comparable resort, if available.
Cancellation of your reservation dates.

Credit Card
GUESTS WITHOUT A VALID CREDIT CARD WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO CHECK IN TO THE RESORT UPON ARRIVAL.
Qualified customer/s Must bring with them to the Presentation a Major Credit Card VISA, MASTERCARD, Discover or AMERICAN EXPRESS are accepted (No Debit Cards, Check Cards, Company Cards).
The qualifying person(s) MUST be the credit card holder. Expired credit cards DO NOT QUALIFY.

Presentation
Attendance to a 120-minute resort preview at Villa del Palmar Loreto the day after arrival to Mexico is required.
Villa del Palmar owners are not eligible for this promotion.
You are not eligible if you have previously attended a presentation at the Villa del Palmar Loreto.
All guests must attend the presentation, including all persons in the reservation(s).

Age
Married Couples - at least one of the qualified participants must be in the age range of 30 to 70 years old.
Legally single women - between 30 to 70 years of age.
Legally single men - between 35 and 59 years of age.

Income
Minimum $50,000 USD Annual Income (singles must meet this qualification on their own, combined income for married couples).
Must be employed full-time, part-time employment does not qualify.
RETIREES ALLOWED if full-time retired, and not working at all.
Must not be a full-time student.

Language
Both qualified participants must fluently speak, read and understand either English or Spanish.

Identification
The qualified person must present a major credit card and government-issued photo ID at the tour reception desk.
Married couples must bring with them proof of such (Government issued picture ID with matching addresses, and/or marriage certificate).

Marital Status
Offer is valid for married couples and legally single women & men.
If Married MUST Travel with Spouse or package is void.

Countries
This promotion is for US residents & Canadian residents only. Quebec, Canada residents do not qualify.

Additional Terms
There will be a $29.95 per night Resort Fee. This fee covers items such as resort amenities, organized activities, beach towels and more. The resort fee will be paid during the Welcome Call and PRIOR to receiving a final confirmation number from the resort. Please remember the resort will not release the confirmation until this fee has been paid.
Participants that have attended any other resort preview in the past 6 months are not eligible for this promotion.
When traveling to Loreto the participants MUST spend their first night in Mexico at the Villa del Palmar Loreto or this promotion will be voided. This offer can NOT be used consecutively with any other resort stays in Mexico.
ALL Travel agents, airline, hospitality, owners or employees of the Resorts (or their family members) or vacation ownership industry employees are excluded from this offer.
Individuals who own real estate (including timeshare, fractional or full ownership property interests) in any city in which a Villa Resort is located including Puerto Vallarta, Cabo San Lucas, Cancun and Loreto are not eligible.
Resort Vacations International holds no discretion over the eligibility requirements for participation in the resort preview. The eligibility requirements have been set forth by the resort developer. If Resort Vacations International believes that the eligibility requirements for participation are not being met, we reserve the right to cancel any reservation before the arrival date.

Rescheduling Policy
You are welcome to reschedule or make changes to your reservation without a penalty if change request is received at least 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival. Any changes made within 7 days of your scheduled arrival may incur a $199 dollar fee. You have 12 months to use your vacation package. All change requests are based solely on hotel room availability.
